“Windmill Paradise”

The home is for those who love efficiency, convenience, and value.

My wife also lovingly decorated it.

The home is clean, adequately furnished, comfortable, 5 miles from

the airport, and is located in a safe neighborhood. It is 1.2 miles

from the I-215 and Windmill interchange. This area once was called

Paradise. This small community within the greater Las Vegas County

still holds town meetings in that name.

The home is over 1100 sq. ft., 2 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, and has a

two-car garage. It can accommodate 4 people. We have tried to

supply you with everything that you will need to have a memorable

and stress-free stay.

The home has vaulted ceilings for an open and free feeling. It is

single level, fully air-conditioned, and has a covered patio. The

house cools and heats quickly. The main traffic areas are all tile

and the living areas are newly carpeted.

The Master Bedroom has a California King bed with a garden

tub/shower bath and 25” TV, DVD & VHS; The Second Bedroom has a Queen and a

standard tub/shower & a 20" TV.

The Kitchen has all the modern conveniences including dishwasher and

microwave. It is ready to go for cooking and eating. There is a

desk with an HP office printer in the breakfast nook & a ceiling fan.

The Living Room has a gas fireplace, large leather sectional and

recliner, 32 inch TV; DVD & VHS; Multi-CDd Player, and a ceiling fan.

The Hallway between the two bedrooms has a convenient washer/dryer

in a hideaway folding closet doors.

This house is so conveniently located that I can usually get to the

front door of a casino like Mandalay Bay faster than it takes the

person who is staying there to get to it from their room.

A welcome packet is provided detailing travel routes that will get

you around like the locals. It also details the local markets and

shopping centers.

NO SMOKING in the house.

NO PETS - no exceptions.

  • Rates include all taxes. Minimum stay of two nights for Fridays and Saturdays. Minimum rental of $250.

    Exit cleaning fee: $110 minimum

    These rates will not change even if there is a big convention in
    town. I want my guests to feel valued.

    Finders fee: Receive 10% cash based on any referral to me that stays
    for 30 days.

    Repeat guests: The 30-day stay finder fee applies to you too. Stay
    30 days within a calendar year and receive 10% cash back (not valid on rentals of one month or longer)

    I welcome all insurance guests. State Farm has been a client.

    Convention tip: Get a Hilton Players Card. It’s free and if you
    show it to the guard you can park for free. This will save you at
    least $20/day.

    Reservation: $250 is required to confirm and hold dates and
    availability. Balance will be invoiced, sent with the
    Rental/Agreement and must be paid 30 days prior to stay. If the
    balance is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and $200
    will be refunded.

    Cancellations: All cancellations have a $50 fee even in the event of
    a family emergency. Should your plans change, cancellations or
    reductions done before the 30-day balance must be 30 days in advance
    for a deposit refund of $200. If you cancel after you have paid for
    the reservation balance, a repayment in full less the $50 will be
    only made if the reservation is refilled. A cancellation with less
    than 7 days notice forfeits the full balance. A stay ending early
    will not refund any unused nights. Family emergencies are
    excluded. I do not feel right about keeping your money for
    circumstances beyond your control. Love does triumph over
    business. Doctor’s letter or certificate must be presented and
    confirmed.

    Security Deposit: $300 minimum. Fully refundable by check within 30 days of checkout
    if no charges are assessed.

    Payment: PayPal, Cashiers Check, Travelers Check, or Money Order. Any PayPal fees incurred will be deducted from deposit/security deposit refund.
    Credit check will be required prior to execution of rental agreement. The cost is $30 and is non-refundable and will be credited towards rental.

    Check-In: 4 PM Easy Check-in with Combo Lock
    Check-Out: 11 AM
    Reservation Deposit: $250.00 required to hold stay
    Refundable Security Deposit: Refunded by check within 30 days
    Cleaning Fee: $110.00 minimum not a part of security deposit
