Just completed major renovation making this condo really nice! All new furniture. New Granite Countertops, Kitchen cabinets and fireplace treatment redone as well. Hardwood floors, bathroom renovation, new stainless kitchen appliances, Large Samsung Smart TV. New bed, dressers, pillows & Linens.

This condo is very much upgraded since renovation and easily deserves another star in ranking.

It is a cozy condo with an amazing location!! This condo is located slopeside in historic old town Park City. It features two bedrooms and two baths and sleeps four to six guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has a Queen bed and has an optional high end twin Aerobed which pops up to regular bed height, (22 inches) which can be set up in the 2nd bedroom by sliding the big bed over or anywhere in the condo. The couch in the living room also has a queen size pullout. There is a full bath with shower tub off of the 2nd bedroom and the bedroom with the red bed has a full bathroom across the hall with a stand up shower. The condo features a wood burning fireplace.

Additional amenities of the property include cable TV, High speed WIFI DSL internet hot spot, (20 mps) community hot tub, common parking and a common coin operated washer and dryer downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a dishwasher.

We have a relationship with a professional concierge who works at the Montage at Deer Valley who offers concierge service to those who wish to use her services. She is fantastic and can help with something as simple as helping to make dinner reservations to getting you set up with discount rentals. Please inquire about options she can offer.

Guests have access to the ski catwalk right off of the Creole town run which puts you within 200 paces of the condo parking area. From the top of this short catwalk you can strap on your skis and ski right down to the town lift. It is only a short walk of 4 blocks to Main Street from the lower driveway off Empire Ave.

Activities you can enjoy nearby include hiking, biking, golfing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, sledding, the Sundance Film Festival, sightseeing, boating, water skiing, windsurfing, fly-fishing, shopping, restaurants, live theater, and cinemas.

Nearby ski resorts include Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons. Sundance is only 20 minutes away. Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude are within 30 minutes.

If you can't find everything you want to do here it's only 30 minutes to Salt Lake City.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo. We truly enjoyed our time there. It was perfect for my family vacation. We liked the fact that it is located within walking distance of both the slopes and downtown. The unit itself is very well appointed and has all the comforts of home. Getting to Park City is also a snap given its proximity to the Salt Lake City airport. We were actually able to board on our first day there! We especially liked getting the free lift ticket for that first afternoon by just signing up for it prior to arrival and showing the ticket office our boarding passes. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Excellent condo, convenient location, great owner!

This condo offers everything promised! For starters, the owner, Pete, is terrific! He is very accessible, knows the area well and provided terrific information about things to do, places to eat and even the latest news on ski resort ticket information for the upcoming season. The condo itself is lovely and in a quiet setting. As promised, the unit is very clean and well maintained with brand new wood floors throughout, full kitchen and all the comforts of home. It is conveniently located about 4-blocks above Main Street – but just out of range from the noise on Main Street – with the Town Ski Lift straight down the hill. For dinner, we highly recommend Butcher’s Chop House – all food selections were great – and then the No Name Saloon for a fun bar scene and excellent chili bread-bowls. Both are only about a 4 to 5 minute walk and were recommended by the owner. I highly recommend this condo (and the owner) and we are planning to return in the latter part of the ski season with our kids.

this condo is great! my boyfriend & i stayed here for a quick stay to see park city in the fall. what a lovely experience we had. Park City is so beautiful! seeing the yellow leaves in the aspen trees while on our hikes up the side the mountain resort just steps across the street out the back of the condo was one of my favorite memories. we were able to walk right up the creole ski run that goes right past the condo up to the payday run & saw some great views over the mountains toward the backside of deer valley. the owner was so nice & easy to deal with. he gave us excellent recommendations of things to do & places to eat. the condo itself was warm & cozy. beautiful wood floors & i loved the real fireplace!. i liked that the owner gave us firewood free of charge. my experience has been that most places don't provide this & it was a nice perk! main st. is a quick walk right down the st. we went out & enjoyed dinner a couple of the nites. we did cook dinner one evening & found the condo to have plenty of cookware, dinnerware & utensils .we did not use the hot tub as i forgot my swimsuit but i did check it out & it seemed quite nice. overall it was a great experience & i would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place in a great location! i am definately going back next yr. bonnie

I just wanted to thank you again for fitting me in to your beautiful condo at the last minute. It is really a great place. I didn't see it before the renovations but it is certainly lovely now. My friends and I had a great time this weekend. I just love Park City in the fall! I will definitely take you up on your offer to come back later this winter and look forward to seeing the new kitchen when it is done. Beautiful condo in Supreme Location

Had the opportunity to spend the summer at this condo and wish I could stay forever! A beautiful condo outfitted with all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a full cookware selection. 2 full bathrooms. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for 6 to sleep comfortably. An easy walk to Main St. for great restaurants, shops, and art galleries and an even easier walk to Park City Mountain Resort or Town Lift for skiing and snowboarding. I wish I could stay for the winter! You can ski within 100 yards for the condo. There is a nice hot tub for an apres soak too.
The complex is very quiet and you can't hear the neighbors thru the walls. There is plenty of off street parking.
The owners were great, super helpful and available for any questions and concerns that came up. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Can't beat the price for this excellent location.
Park City is an ideal winter destination, but also great in the fall for a quiet getaway to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and fall colors.

Thanks so much for your glowing review! We so enjoyed having you as a summer renter and would definitely love to have you back next summer if you are looking again. Would have loved to let you stay on longer but we have to open it up to the nightly rental market during ski season. Glad also that you appreciate all the new work that has gone into condo. We are working hard to upgrade the unit and will be doing more in the coming month, including new kitchen counters, new sink and redoing the cabinets plus work to the fireplace. This property was a perfect fit for us. We wanted to get a place we could come to to ski that was easy to get to and could also offer some rental returns. This condo is so close to Park City Mountain Resort and to Main Street but just up the street so you don't have any of the traffic problems or noise issues you get staying right on Main Street. Park City is an amazing town with so much to offer.

Nearest Airport : Salt Lake City at 35 Miles Nearest Train : at 6 Miles Car: not necessary

Special deals for first couple weeks in February & March! Inquire about special deal offer. Awesome location. Hard to beat for the price! Very close to town. Just a few blocks down the hill from the lower Empire Ave driveway that leads out from the downstairs parking area. We are directly off the Creole Run on Park City Mountain Resort. Ski down Catwalk to withing one hundred paces to our parking lot. Short walk up this catwalk lets you strap on your skis and ski down to the town lift to get quickly up the mountain.

Nearby Ski Resorts include Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons.

Sundance is only 20 minutes away. Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and

Solitude are within 30 minutes.
