Pool: complex has a large heated pool in a tropical setting on the
lake. Pool retiled and resurfaced in 2009. Thached hut, lounge chairs and restrooms.
Public library is a five minute walk.
Public park with outstanding tennis facility, bocce ball, and
playground is within a couple
Many miles of beautifully landscaped walking trails are
easily accesible. Walk to the Ritz Carlton to view the sunset and
other beachside spots for
Bicycling: Rent bikes at the nearby bike shop and you are in easy
distance to three of the
best beaches in Florida: Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State
Park, and Clam Pass Park.
All offer lounge chairs, cabanas, and recreational equipment to
rent. All offer parking,
restrooms, and showers. Clam Pass has a beach restaurant.
Complex sponsors water arobics, bocce tournaments and card games on a

- Condo is located west of Rt. 41, walking distance to Vanderbilt Public Beach down nicely landscaped paths. A good value for this highly desirable neighborhood. Ultimate convenience of being steps from the Pavilion Shopping Center with restaurants, movie theatres, and a bike rental shop. Just across 41 (1 block) is the new Mercato development with a Whole Foods supermarket, upscale movie theatres and several popular restaurants. You could go days without needing a car, which you can park in a covered space in front of the condo.
