Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and has beautiful
mountain views from every window. Summer is the perfect time
to enjoy our large (1300+ sq. ft.) wrap-around deck.

20 minutes will take you to the Banff town site (more great

A 5 minute walk from the house will take you to Quarry Lake, the
local swimming/beach area, and 10 minutes walk/ride will take
you to the Canmore Nordic Centre trails for great mountain
biking and hiking in summer and cross country skiing in winter.

On the upper level there is a large master bedroom (queen
size bed) with a beautiful 5 piece ensuite bathroom (walk-in
shower, large jacuzzi tub and double sinks), a fireplace and a

The loft is also on this level, there
is a double futon and the computer station with high speed wireless
internet is located here.
The front entry is located on the main level. There are also two
sitting areas on this floor. They are separated by a beautiful
two-sided rundle stone fireplace. The larger sitting area has 17.5
foot ceilings, a wall of windows and access to the wrap-around
deck. The second sitting area has the entertainment centre (TV,
DVD, VCR, Stereo and CD player).
The fully equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators) and dining areas are also on this level.
There is access to the deck through the dining area. The dining area will
comfortably seat 12 people.
The wrap-around deck has a gas BBQ/Grill two tables and a total of 12 chairs.
There is also another bedroom (queen size bed) with access to the deck and an additional
3 piece bathroom (walk-in shower) located here.
Finally there is a laundry room with washer and dryer on this level.
The lower level has a large bed/sitting room. There is a queen
size bed, a double futon, the second TV and VCR.
Canmore is paradise for all your summer activities including ,
golfing, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking,
river rafting, horseback riding, rock climbing, caving and bird
watching, you can hire guides for any of these activities if you

home. Stewart Creek Golf & Country Club, Canmore Golf &
Curling Club, Silvertip Golf Course, Banff Springs Golf Club and
Brewster's Kananiskis Ranch Golf Resort.
Winter activities include alpine skiing, cross country skiing,
snowshoeing, ice climbing and dog sledding.
We are situated within one hours drive of 4 major alpine ski
resorts: Sunshine Village(35 minutes), Lake Louise Ski
Resort(60 minutes), Nakiska, home of the 1988 Winter

Rental rate from $6,500.00 CAD to $7,500.00 CAD per week
Minimum 7 night stay, we do not reduce our rates for shorter stays
25% of the Rent is required to complete all bookings.
Full amount + $950.00 refundable security/damage deposit due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy - payments (less 25%) refunded if the home is re-rented
Renter will be required to sign a Residential Tenancy Agreement.
Due to severe allergies in our family our home is strictly non smoking and we can not allow any pets. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our home is for the use of tenants only, no larger gatherings or functions can be held here.
Children require parental supervision at all times.
