Well maintained, very spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with Jacuzzi tub separate walk in shower and sauna in Master bath.

This upscale condominium was remodeled in 2011. Sunchase IV is situated in the center of South Padre Island, TX among the top island resorts and retail business district near shopping and restaurants.

All bedrooms have a balcony, patio furniture and unobstructed views of the beach!!

Stackable washer and dryer is located in your unit at the end of the stairway, along with an iron and iron board.

A short day trip will provide you the opportunity to have great Mexican cuisine and a visit to another country for Mexican Pottery and other Mexican Products. Brownsville Children's Museum, and Gladys Porter Zoo are just a few attractions other than the Cinemark Movies and Sunrise Mall that Brownsville has to offer.

    $200.00 deposit is required for reservations less than 4 nights and a $400.00 advance deposit is required for weekly rentals and during the peak season. Deposit is non refundable for no shows and fully refundable upon inspection of check out of the unit.

    Rate is calculated by multiplying your daily rate times the number of nights. Your weekly rate is your discounted rate for saying longer, and call us for monthly rates when available.
    Your Total Rate is calculated by your Rate Total Rate times (14% tax).

    $75.00 USD service charge for clean up. Additional maid service may be available upon request for mid week service.

Three additional pools are also located at the front of the resort. Sunchase IV has a private access to the beach as well as on site security guards provides a safe environment for all of our guests. An electronic chip key is required to access the beach and code for elevator. Racquetball courts are located in the first floor. Two tennis courts are located in front of the pool area. Two Ping-Pong tables are located on the second floor. Fitness facility first floor and accessed with key. Adjacent to the fitness center there is also a resort sauna and steam room. Sunchase IV also offers on the second floor the "library" which has a variety of activities that provides a cozy environment to meet other guests, read, watch TV, or put together a jigsaw puzzle. 7th-floor sun deck with a wet bar. The sun deck is overlooking the beach.
