Because we manage our home directly, we pass on the savings to our
tenants making this a very affordable family vacation spot.
Just minutes away from Cape Canaveral, you can watch the cruise
ships coming and going. Great viewing for rocket launches. Sit on
the balcony and watch the surfers and magnificent sunsets. Cocoa
Beach pier located just steps away in the sand you will find,
surfing contests, jet skiing, fishing, night life, including live
music on the weekends, restaurants, bars, and yes, bikini contests.
A few minutes away you can go kayaking through the thousand islands,
or go deep sea fishing, or catch the casino boat running twice daily.
Cocoa beach will make a perfect vacation for all ages.

ur 2 week vacation
What a wonderful condo, location, with all the amenities you could ask for. The condo is right on the beach and walking distance to Cocoa Beach pier. Everything was as described and a straight shot to Orlando which was about 50 min drive. We made several trips to Sea World and aquatica. We are from NC and have for years vacationed in Myrtle Beach. Myrtle Beach became very over crowded and commercialized. We love Cocoa Beach because its so laid back and you actual feel like you are on vacation. My two girls had a ball and can't wait to be back. We are planning to stay here again in 2014 for another two weeks. Christy(owner) communicated all my questions and I received my deposit shortly after our return. Had a Blast
I would recommend this unit.
Great place for everyone
We think that anyone who vacations here will feel that this unit is safe, secure and just feels right. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The parking lot is well lighted, the two elevators are convenient, and the pool, yard and access to the beach are handy and neatly maintained. We think anyone would be well satisfied with this unit and the great location of Cocoa Beach.
