Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
Upon reservation 30% of the total lease is due within 10 business days.
70 % of lease are due 4 weeks prior to departure.
Deposits: variable depending on duration of lease, minimum 300 $ - additional one-time deposit for "lost key" of 150 $. Deposits are due 4 weeks prior to arrival; if "no damage/no loss" they will be refunded to lessee.
All payments to be made to U.S. bank checking account.
January 2015 : $ 850 per week, $ 2,800 per month
February, March 2015 : $ 900 per week, $ 3,000 per month
April through June 15th 2015: $ 750 per week, $ 2,600 per month
June 16th through August 2015 : $ 650 per week, $ 1,500 per month
September through November 2015 : $ 700 per week, $ 2,200 per month
December 2015 : $ 750 per week, $ 2,600 per month.
Minimum rental is two (2) weeks, or more.
