Spectacular penthouse views with a great location. Remodeled kitchen and master vanity. This is a top floor corner unit facing directly on the beach. The comfortable lanai is open to the front and side providing views from Sanibel to Naples. Side windows make the large kitchen, living room and dining area light and airy. Magnificent sunsets and sunrises are available for enjoyment throughout the year. Right outside the door of the building are the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for walking, biking, running, fishing, shelling, sand castle building or just relaxing in the sun. The gradual slope of the beach and the gentle surf make it the perfect wadding and swimming beach for all ages. There is not a better location on the beach. Everything is close enough to be convenient but far enough away to enable quiet times when you choose. A super market is directly across the street and many churches, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues are near by. If the beach and pool on the property aren't enough, the municipal pool with a wonderful children's play area and lap lanes for the serious swimmer, is a block away. A nature preserve is within walking distance and the public beach/park and fishing pier are less than a mile away. And of course all of the amenities of Southwest Florida are a short drive or trolley ride away. including miniature

golf, state and regional parks and preserves, gambling cruises, theatres and major league baseball spring training. A King-size bed is in the large master bedroom. The guest bedroom features two twin beds. A Queen-size hide-a-bed is in the living room.

The description of the property provided by the owner is very accurate. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice a quiet. We stayed there for a month and felt like at home. We'll definitely recommend this property to our friends.

This condo is an excellent place to stay. I highly recommend it. A great view of the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Clean and tidy with lots of room. If you are looking for a place to just hang around and relax then this is the place.
