Royal View is the original single storey, Bajan style house with vaulted ceilings throughout and spacious open plan living. Covered patio and small garden, driveway with parking for two cars. A double extension was later added to the back of the house for the owners when visiting, with their living area upstairs. Separate parking and entrance.

Situated at Upper Mount Standfast approx. 1/4 mile along the road from Highway 1 to Westmoreland, in an open, elevated location, enjoying a tropical breeze throughout the year.

The road opposite provides easy walking over Royal Westmoreland Golf Course, with sea views. A short walking distance along the road is Sugar Hill, a luxury complex with bar and restaurant. 1/2 mile on to Royal Westmoreland Golf Club.

Relax in a comfortable lounge or at the rear of the house in the large, mature, secluded garden, with loungers and garden swing with a Mahogany tree providing shade.

Nearby our local beach offers waters sports, fishing, swimming with the turtles, dining at two top class restaurants - The Lone Star and Royal Pavilion. Two beach bars serving food, A local Convenience Store is nearby with bar, Pool Table and food to go.

One mile from Holetown for Supermarket, Shopping Mall, Chattel Village, 2 Cyber Cafes, 24 Hour Medical Centre, Banks, Restuarants, beach bars Rum Shops and Lime Grove Shopping Mall with Cinema.

About to stay a 2ND time!!!

My family and I are actually about to stay at this home for the 2ND time in two years. Our first visit was in the Summer 2010 and we actually traveled with another family. The photos of the house do not do it full justice at how comfortable, clean, and inviting it is. The kitchen offered everything needed to provide for a family with kids. The bedrooms are very spacious as well as the bathrooms. Anne is an extremely lovely lady. You will feel very well taken care of and we recommend this home to anyone. Come and enjoy the beautiful island Barbados!!!!

We spent two weeks with our 3 children and enjoyed every minute spent at Anne and Peter's villa. The location of the rental was central to many different attractions and offered more visiting opportunities. The owners are welcoming and extremely friendly. The place like home! It was close to the beach and we could walk there daily for our morning jog.This allowed us to see monkeys crossing the road everyday.

Our location is central for exploring the island. Although Barbados is only a small island there is so much to see either by bus, hire car or organised transport (Safari jeeps/tour buses)

Walking is organised by 'Walk Barbados' every Sunday morning for the

energetic and more casual walker
