Beautiful Home & Wonderful Time

Beautiful Home & Wonderful Time
  • 5 of 5
My family had a wonderful time at this home! This was such a great experience that we will never forget the time we spent there. When we first arrived we couldn't believe our eyes, the pictures just don't do full justice of how beautiful this place is. Falling asleep to the sounds of the water hitting the shore at night was an experience in itself. The house was so cozy, clean & inviting to come into. It was such a relaxing place to be. You didn't feel like you were walking into a hotel room at all. The views of the lake were great. I had breakfast every morning on the screened in porch. I loved looking down at the lake, watching the sun glisten off the water. The time we spent down on the pier was the best. The water was so crystal clear at times you could see the bottom of the lake at 9 foot deep! The US Mail boat came by the pier every day and dropped off a newspaper. That was a neat experience. The kids loved watching the lady jump from the moving boat to the pier and put the paper in the mail box and then run and jump back onto the large boat. The water was wonderful to swim in. My kids only got out of the water for a quick break for lunch. The sun was wonderful, but when we got to hot we just put up the umbrella on the table on the pier. The owners of the home take great pride in their home, as they should. I can't wait to go back again next year! I would recommend this property to all my friends. The owners were very nice and a pleasure doing business with. They were upfront about the prices. When I sent my first inquiry for pricing for certain dates, I received a detailed email response with all the costs broke down. They were fast in responding to my emails and made the whole rental a smooth transaction. There were no hidden costs.
