House, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, 2 Sleeps

This lovely little Kool and Quiet downtown retreat is only 5 blocks from the Local Museum.

A $6.00 cab ride or nice walk will get you 10 blocks to the heart of all the Downtown

Resaurants, activities and Art Galleries. Had enough of all the tours and sights, grab a good

book from the small library and relax in the backyard while you catch some rays. There is a

small set of stairs leading to your flat.

The photos were taken at the hight of summer, if you arrive at a different time of year, the backyard might be a bit different. We stive to make everything as comfortable as possible and are constantly upgrading.

So Comfortable and accomodating

  • 5 of 5
This was such a great stay! I arrived in the middle of the night, due to flight delays and Lisa was very accomodating and understanding. Her home is extremely convenient to everything. I used her home as my home base and made day trips to Denali and Seward. Lisa was knowledgeable of the area and had some great recommendations. I am going back at the end of February for the Iditarod and I'm excited to be staying just a few blocks away for that too! Can't wait to stay again and I highly recommend her home.

Wonderful get away

  • 5 of 5
This was the most comfortable and peaceful stay I have had in Alaska and I have been 5 times in last year. Save on food costs and cook in the fully stocked kitchen. Lisa is very accommodating and friendly. I would stay at this place every time I was in Alaska but it books up quickly. It is close to downtown, 10 minute walk. Wonderful, wonderful, get away.

Best place to stay

  • 5 of 5
I've been to Alaska three times, and after staying here on my most recent trip I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The house is beautiful and cozy, the price is great, and Lisa is an amazing host. This place is exactly what I was looking for.

Loved it!

  • 5 of 5
My husband and I had a very comfortable stay at Lisa's place. She is a really gracious host, and maintained the house really clean, and kept it cozy. She is also very accommodating. When we had to change our stay dates due to some unexpected circumstances, she was very flexible about it and didn't charge us a cancellation fee...that speaks volumes about her kindness.

We stayed here in June when the sun barely sets at night. We found her basement very cozy as the bedroom windows were well shielded so the room got no sun light and we could get sound sleep.

We enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend her place to anyone!

Fantastic home away from home!

  • 5 of 5
The Sea Wolf Inn was exactly what we were looking for in Anchorage. We came in for the marathon so wanted something close to downtown with a kitchen and a small living space. It was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and we had plenty of extra blankets and cooking utensils. There is a nice yard and we vogt to enjoy a dinner out there, as well as her wood-fire hot tub after the race! Lisa is very gracious and accomodating. I would highly recommend her inn and will stay there if we ever visit again. I think it especially perfect for those staying more than two nights who want comfort and space.
