Guestbook comments from the owner

Comments:

We stayed at the Little Red Farm last August (2009). I have thought about our vacation many many times since, but never added a comment. When researching for vacation this year, I was reminded of the "Farm" and what an incredibly fun time we had. I decided it was about time I let others know of a "jewel of the south". It was our first family vacation in decades. We all had a fabulous time cooking in the great country kitchen, walking the paths, cat-fishing, roasting marshmallows around the campfire pit(never laughed so hard in my life). We were in a peaceful quiet area but still close to all the excitement of Nashville. And Billy and Beth were absolutely marvelous hosts. So kind and considerate and helpful with things to do and places to see. We hope to go back to the "Farm" again.

Home Away From Home

  • 5 of 5
Stay Down on the Farm was truly a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen cut down on our dining out costs. We enjoyed peaceful country solitude yet we were at the Grand Ole Opry in 30 minutes in Nashville. Each time we sat on the porch we were joined by hummingbirds that seemed as curious about us as we were about them. By far the best place we have ever stayed away from home.

Great rental

  • 5 of 5
We rented the Little Red farm house it was very clean and fully furnished with everything you needed. Beth met us upon our arrival and showed us around. She told us of places to dine in the area. It sits on a very nice piece of property and is very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay there again.

AMAZING

  • 5 of 5
My family of 6 went and stayed the entire week down on the farm and had a blast. We were able to go see all the sights we wanted and at night come home to a beautiful, comfortable place. We even had a few campfires. It was a great experience and I would do it again. The house was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed plus more.

Delightful and Charming

  • 5 of 5
The little Red Farm house is very charming and comfortable. We were quite impressed with the cleanliness and loved the crisp fresh bedding. everyone was delighted to get up in the morning and start their day in the Little Red Farm House. The grounds with groomed trails and catfish pond were perfect for that morning stretch before running off for the day. After returning from the city the porch or the swing at the pond was a peaceful place to relax. Our children even decided we should rest a day and enjoy the farm picking giant black berries and trying to catch butterflies. Great place to stay, so charming!

Great Stay in Nashville

  • 5 of 5
Really enjoyed our stay here, very relaxing to stay out in the country but yet a short drive in to Nashville. The renovations to the house are very well done, and everything is spotless. The owners couldn't be nicer and are very accommodating. Will definitely try to stay here again the next time we stay in Nashville.
