“Scott and I bought this house because of it's cottage charm and because we love Atlantic Beach. It's a special place and living here makes you feel happy! This colorful, light and bright house, on a corner lot is loved by all who live here. We know you will love it too! We wanted a fun home where our friends and family and our 'new friends' and 'families' could enjoy life at the beach. This community in Atlantic Beach is called Salt Air! How can you go wrong is this beautiful beach area with sunshine, sea breezes and fresh salt air? We would love to rent to you for your weekly stays, but the city regulations won't allow that.”

“Close to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, and close to all the best places to eat and shop at 'the corner' where Atlantic Blvd meets the ocean! It's a nice, safe and quiet community (except perhaps when the firetruck drives by!) You can feel extra safe because the Police and Fire Station are just a few blocks away and at least two police officers also live within a few blocks. A nice park with tennis courts and a playground is also close by. A great place to go for a walk on the beach any time of the day! Take your beach chair and your coffee to watch the sunrise or sunset! New pet policy: Due to a few very disappointing experiences with guests who do not clean up after their pets, we have decided not to accept pets on a regular basis. We will only allow pets on a limited case by case basis with a very large pet deposit and even then, guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside.”
