It has two (2) par 72 Azinger/Lewis designed 18 hole championship golf courses, practice putting and chipping greens, 8 HarTru lighted tennis courts, spa, cabana, 9 heated swimming pools - one just a few steps outside your vacation unit - and a 28,400 square foot club house that serves a full dinner menu, a fabulous Sunday brunch, and bar. Newly remodeled this year.

It also contains a well stocked golf pro shop, tennis pro shop, complete fitness center with fitness director, and a unique aqua driving range that fronts a 38 acre lake next to the main club house.

Activity and Interests

- Golf: Two 18 hole par 72 challenging courses; Both courses had

extensive work done to bring the

greens and fairways up to USGA standards and spectacular playability.

1. The ROYAL at 6756 yds. USGA rated at 72.8/134 from the tips and

the White Tees at 6068 yds. rated at 69.2/123;

2. The SABAL at 6837 yds. USGA rated at 73.4/139 from the tips and

the White Tees at 6052 yds. rated at 69.7/122.

- Tennis: 8 HarTru lighted courts with pro and lessons if desired;

- Swimming: 9 heated swimming pools, one just steps from your front

lanai. All pool areas are fully equipped with rest rooms and lounge

chairs. We even have the beach towels.

- A fully equipped gym/fitness center and a fitness professional that you may schedule to help set up and monitor a personal Fitness or workout plan;

- Adult activities center with borrowing library, card room, billiard room, poker tables, heated pool with Jacuzzi & water fall, and Tiki bar serving light snacks and alcoholic beverages - happy hour is friendly and fun here;

- A protected nature preserve with walking trail "The Slough" (pronounced "slew") is located just across the street from the main entrance to Heritage Palms. Guided walking tours are offered;

- Major outlet shopping is just a few minutes drive away;

- It is just a 15 minute drive, no exaggeration, to Fort Myers International Airport and 30 minutes to the beaches of Ft Myers Sanibel & Captiva islands. Naples and Marco Island are just 30 minutes or so South on Rt.75 (Gator Alley)

- If you're a baseball fan and enthusiast the Spring training camp for the Minnesota Twins is just 2 miles down the road on Six Mile Cypress Parkway. The Boston Red Sox are located in Ft Myers proper just 15 minutes away. Spring training season runs from about mid February to the beginning of April. March is the best month for Spring training baseball fans.

- For the adventurer try an Air Boat ride through the Everglades from any of several locations in Everglade City about 90 minutes south of Heritage Palms.

    CHECK IN TIME: 4:00 PM On Day of Arrival

    TAXES: Rental rates DO NOT include the additional 6% Florida State Tax and 5% Lee County Tourism Tax (11% total) that is required to be collected on all rentals of less than 6 months.

    INCLUDED WITH RENT: Rent includes cost of water, electric, sewer, cable TV and internet service.
    Local telephone service is available for additional cost, set up / paid for by the renter.
    NOTE: FREE High speed cable, use of computer and FAX/printer/copier only at the lodge.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable security deposit of $1000, in advance,
    is required to reserve our condo and to initiate a lease. It will be returned
    after inspection and cleaning of the unit.

    CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellation must be in writing 30 days in
    advance and deposit will be refunded if unit can be rented for reserved

    CLEANING FEE - Cleaning fee is additional and ranges between $75.00 - $150.00. The cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the rental. This includes cleaning the unit and laundry.

    DISCOUNTS - on rentals of 2 months or more.

    GOLF MEMBERSHIP: Golf / Membership transfer fee for 2014 is $250.00, provides
    the following: Discounted golf, use of the clubhouse, fitness area, tennis courts, driving range, and restaurant for you and a guest for your entire stay. A full month is the minimum on golf membership transfers.

Master bedroom with private single sink and large walk-in shower in bath, walk-in closet and king sized bed. Also enjoy the remote control TV with cable service, dresser and desk, night stands, and ceiling fan; B. Front bedroom with a queen bed, remote control TV with cable service, three drawer dresser, night stand, and ceiling fan; C. Living room with large sofa, large sofa chair w/ottoman, a magnificent wood entertainment center with remote control, 32" TV with cable, DVD/VHS player recorder, AM/FM/6CD stereo system, and ceiling fan; D.
