This roomy 2,200 sq. ft. house built 2002 is on a narrow part of
Santa Rosa Island, in Navarre Beach. The walk to the beach on the
Gulf of Mexico is about 200 yards, across a two-lane road. The walk

When you enter the house you will feel that you have come home to
your own beach cottage. Used only half the year as a rental and the
rest as a residence, it has owner-level furnishings and décor.
You’ll see granite countertops in the roomy and well-equipped
kitchen, Noritake china, Thomasville furniture, linen, appliances,
electronics and many other amenities throughout the house that are
unusual in rental property.
The Gulf-side beach has been replenished by a multi-million dollar
project and is as wide and beautiful as it has ever been, which is
spectacular. The snowy-white sand and turquoise-emerald water are

house and the three decks/porches. In the house, you may
particularly appreciate the master bedroom that is over 17 by 18
feet and has a large walk-in closet. The master bath has double

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Stay!
Terri was exceptionally good to work with during the whole rental process. She answered any questions promptly and was kind enough to check on us at check-in to make sure everything was okay and as we expected it to be.
We highly recommend this house for families looking for a vacation featuring warm southern hospitality. We thank Terri and Bob for sharing their lovely beach home and we look forward to returning.
NICE BEACH HOUSE, BEACH AND HOST
Beautiful Beach House
We plan on coming back next summer and hope to stay 2 weeks and will most definitely stay in the Holroyd beach house again because it is a beautiful beach house in a very beautiful neighborhood. The beach house has EVERYTHING you could need or want in it. We felt at home there and did not want to leave. Our fur babies loved it as well!!! The boat dock is so peaceful and relaxing to fish from...we saw dolphins swimming while we were out there. My husbands favorite part was grilling outside and just relaxing every evening. We had a very positive experience and will recommend it to everyone and can't wait til next summer to go back.
