family or couples retreat! Our brand new (built in 2006) impeccably-
furnished second floor Condo is located in Colony II of Oyster Bay
Golf Links. This peaceful condominium complex is located just across
the street from the Intercoastal waterway and ocean beyond. The
Colony II offers fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool
and hot tub.
In addition picturesque golf courses of Oyster Bay, there are more
than twenty others nearby including The Thistle, Sandpiper Bay, The
Pearl, Sea Trails, Lion?s Paw, Tiger?s Eye, Crow Creek, Brunswick
Plantation, Meadowlands and many more. The famed seafood capital
Calabash is only a 5 minutes drive. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is
just beyond there. Myrtle Beach area offers the excitement of art
amusements, incredible shopping venues, exciting night life, live
theatre, golfing and sumptuous dining. North Myrtle Beach is eight
miles to the south. Here you can enjoy live entertainment, countless
restaurants, dancing, amusement parks, shopping and much, much more.
Our condominium is great for family vacations, honeymoons,
convention attendance, corporate retreats, golf getaways, and more.
The Condo is fully furnished and equipped. Enjoy the comfort of your
stay with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. It
offers bright, open rooms with high ceilings. The master bedroom has
a king-size bed, a 20 inch TV, a large walk-in closet and spacious
bathroom with double sinks and a full shower with seat. The second
bedroom has a queen-size bed, a 19 inch TV and the third bedroom has
two twin-size beds. The second bathroom with shower and tub is
located in the entry way by these two bedrooms. A washer and dryer,
hairdryers, iron and ironing board are also available. The sofa in
the living room also converts to a queen-size bed to accommodate a
maximum of eight people.
The living area has two double french doors leading to the porch, a
32 inch TV, DVD/VCR, games, and books. The dining area seats six.
The kitchen is inviting and opens to the great room separated by a
bar and two bar stools. It is well stocked with cooking utensils,
serving dishes, silverware and glassware.
This non-smoking Condo is maintained and rented by the owners. We
are very excited to offer you a nice, clean and relaxing environment

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
1. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
2. No smoking or pets allowed.
3. Reservation Fee equals Half of the Total Cost (rental charge, 12.75%
sales tax/visitors fee, $65 cleaning fee) plus $100 security deposit
(refundable if no damage). The remaining half is due within 30 days
of arrival. If reservation is made less than 30 days before the
rental then the whole amount is due at the time the reservation is

result in a 10% fee. Cancellations made less that 60 days prior to
arrival date will result in loss of reservation fee.
5. Refund of the remaining deposit funds will be mailed to you upon
successful completion of contractual agreement.
