Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 Bath Luxury 4th Floor Oceanfront End Unit Condo with southern exposure for sunshine all day on
the largest stretch of pristine "traffic free" private beach in
Central Florida. Ponce Inlet Beach was voted the 6th nicest beach in
the USA including Hawaii in the 2012 Travelers Choice Awards.
2500 square foot Condo is both beach front and has sunset view of the intercoastal waterway from the enclosed Lanai. This is a southern exposure beachfront end unit. Master bedroom with kingsize bed is beachfront with desk, work area in bay window over loking the ocean, masterbath with large roman tub, double his and her vanity and
seperate glass enclosed shower. All bedrooms have Private Bath and
Ocean views, 2 twins in Bedroom 2. Queen Bed in 3rd bedroom and
Color TV's in all bedrooms, walk in closets. Condo is professionally decorated with Beautiful Original Art throughout condo. Living room is beach front with Balcony, Big Screen HD TV, s. Wireless high speed DSL Internet Access Provided. Living Room with sofa, love seat and Rocking Chair. Formal Dining Room and Separate Breakfast Nook. Large Kitchen with seating/bar area.Kitchen has granite countertops, top of the line Stainless Steel Appliances, Convection Oven, Microwave, Disposal, Ice maker and all small appliances. Condo is fully stocked with everything you need including beach towels, coolers, electric grill, children's toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart etc.
Sleeps 6 comfortably, $200.00 additional charge per person for occupancy above 6 with a maximum 8 people.

Artist and single mom of two daughters. We have owned our 2nd home beachfront condo since 2000. Our family lives nearby in Orlando Florida.

$500.00 refundable deposit upon completion of rental
$150.00 cleaning fee, 12.5% tax. $150 electric allowance monthly,
$200.00 pet fee for 30 days. Dogs must be under 50 pounds.
($200.00 per person over 6 occupants)
Cancellation or Default of Reservation Policy:
Cancellation must be made no later than 90 days prior to arrival for any reservation made prior to 90 days.
All rents are due in advance and non-refundable as agreed to at time of reservation.
In case of cancellation less than 90 days of arrival for whatever reason Tenant will be fully responsible for all rents.
Bad Check Policy: bad checks will be turned over for legal collections.
Trip insurance is advisable for unforeseen issues that may occur after reservation is secured.
