We welcome you to make our condo your home away from home. In the summer, the 3 minute drive to Lake Tahoe (Incline Beach) gets you to sun and surf quickly. In the winter, you'll love the 3 minute drive to Diamond Peak and the easy 20 minute drive to Northstar or Mt Rose. And in the off-season, enjoy everything Tahoe has to offer. In the evenings, the gaming of the Hyatt is less than a mile away.
Our condo in the Mountain Shadows complex has 3 bedrooms, & 2-1/2 baths. It sleeps 6 in beds (BR 1 has a queen and its own bathroom; BR 2 has a full/double; BR 3 has 2 twin beds). There is also a comfortable queen-sofa bed in the living room. HDTV/Blu-Ray/DVD. Free wifi (bring own laptop). Full laundry. Upgraded kitchen and baths. Propane gas grill on the deck.
The upstairs open floor plan is just what you want for a family and friends vacation. A few are working on a jigsaw puzzle at the dining room table; others are watching a movie on the Blu-Ray player; the kids are playing one of the many board games stored at the condo; and the cooks are prepping something yummy while joining in the conversation (and occasionally adding a piece to the puzzle).
Our winter & summer rates are $160/night or $1,000/week, plus a $125 linens/cleaning fee. Washoe County tax of 13% is additional.
Great off-season rates too: $120/night from Apr 1-Jun 30 and Sep 1-Nov 14. Washoe County tax of 13% is additional. Check the availability calendar and then send us your inquiry!
No smoking. No pets. No boat/RV parking.
Brought the holiday celebration to Tahoe. Our first visit to unit #56 but we'll be back to enjoy the comfort and beauty of both the residence and the lake. Always a welcome respite to leave the cares of work and chores at home and head to the hills.
We'll be back! It's a short drive from the Bay.
P.S. Thanks for the well-maintained, well-stocked and inviting condo!
