Comfortable and Convenient

This is a good location for a stay in West Hollywood. The owner made me feel at home and provided a friendly atmosphere. Palm Ave. is not busy with traffic like a main street such as Doheny. I could safely walk in a nice neighborhood for my cardio or a couple of blocks up the hill to have fun at the Whisky A Go Go, the Viper Club or the Rainbow Bar and Grill. The necessities are close and the parking is easy to find. Just read the parking signs with the rules. The owner provides the permit. I plan to come back. Great place.

    BOOKING PROCEDURE: I Will send you a rental agreement via email to be signed and mailed back to me along with cashiers check or money order. Booking WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED until money and rental agreement is in hand. We do accept paypal, but you will have to pay the fee.
    Deposit will be mailed back to resident once the apartment has been
    inspected.
    Also, this is AN ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING apartment.
    You are more than welcome to enjoy our outside seating area as long as you dispose of your butts properly.
    Any sign of smoking in the apartment will result a non-refundable deposit.

  • Vacation Rental Amenities: Property is gated for privacy. Permit Parking on the street. Can accomodate up to 4 adults. One bedroom with full size bed, bathroom, full kitchen and patio. Kitchen is nicely equipped with microwave, refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, iron, ironing board, washer and dryer. Extremely Clean and charming! The living room has a queen size sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two more people. Included in living area, you have television, stereo, cd, dvd player, and high speed internet. We also have a 2 bedroom available.
