There's also a fireplace and a Luis Barragan floating stairway leading to the second floor, and french doors that open onto your own private patio/terrace where you can enjoy coffee or a margarita at a table with four chairs. A desk for your laptop and high speed wireless internet are provided. You'll find a television. A game cabinet, books and even art supplies are available upon request as well as a B-B-Q. In the kitchen with lovely tile countertops, cooking for yourself is a snap with the fully stocked kitchen, including glassware, dishes,pots and pans, but with all the nearby wonderful places to eat, you may never use anything but the microwave! Dressing rooom with huge closet is connected to the downstairs guest bath with shower, located off the first floor sleeping area with 6 foot long sofa and a double day bed. Ceiling fans on both levels. Bath with shower and tub is ensuite with the upstairs Master featuring a firm Queen bed, a wall of closet, a second fireplace and a sitting room that leads to a large terrace where you can relax or bask in the sun. The laundry room, with a modern stackable washer and dryer is easily accesable across the flagstone terrace for you to do all of your laundry.
