A lovely 2 bed- 2 bath home located on a quiet cul de sac in the village of Calumet Grove.
The home backs on to the 5th fairway of the Torey Pines championship golf course which is part of the Nancy Lopez Country Club complex. The home comes complete with a two car garage, washer & dryer, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. All grass cutting, weeding, pest control, external house cleaning, etc is taken care of by contractors.
We are an English couple who love the lifestyle of The Villages, fell in love with it when we visited in the fall of 2004 and have been coming back every year since then.
“It was the model that we wanted, has a great view from the lanai and is ideally located as far as we are concerned.”
All of the standard activities of The Villages are available to renters (with a Villagers ID Card), these include golf, pickleball, bochie, swimming and soft ball. There is also four hours of live entertainment every night of the week at each of the three town squares. The three squares are located six, seven and fourteen miles respectively from the home.
