A 52" HD flat screen television with surround sound, plus a Bose Ipod system add to the entertainment value of this area. The first floor has a second entertainment area -- television, DVD/VHS, over-sized bean bags, games/puzzles....perfect for the younger generation, and all with the coziness of radiant floor heating.
The kitchen has granite countertops and all the necessities for meal preparation, while the dining area has an over-sized table with plenty of seating for all.
The over-sized Master Suite with king-sized bed, cozy reading area, jet tub, and balcony add to the enjoyment of this fantastic location. Two additional guest rooms feature queen beds and all the amenities. A separate bunk room holds two sets of bunk beds, for the younger setâ€™s sleep accommodations.
Enjoy the views of Winter Park & Mary Jane by day, or see the snowcats at work by night, from the oversized outdoor hot-tub, just steps from the unit. The Fraser River is equally as close for your snowshoeing/walking/biking/nature-viewing pleasures.
Thereâ€™s plenty of room for winter/summer gear storage with in-house lockers and ski rack. Home has an attached and private one-car garage with additional parking available. Washer and dryer are in the unit.

Activity and Interests
World-class skiing at Winter Park and Mary Jane is within walking distance of our home. Other
winter sports, including snow-mobiling are available locally. A tubing hill, with a poma lift is
open during the winter season and provides for fun and entertaining times. A skating rink at the
Base Village is near completion, next door to the Starbucks. Watch the younger ones skate with a
Starbucks in hand! The Fraser River Trail is steps from our home and extends through Winter Park and
the neighboring town of Fraser without crossing any streets or thoroughfares. This trail is perfect
for walking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and wildlife viewing. Moose and beavers are
regularly sighted in the area! Restaurants and shops (including equipment rentals) are within
walking distrance. Other shops (including a grocery store), movie theater and other restaurants and
entertainment, are a 5-minute drive into Winter Park. Summer activities are as abundant as the
winter sports, as mountain biking, outdoor concerts, wine tasting and home tours are regularly
