Architecturally amazing and filled with primary colors, Benchmark 315 is located just a few blocks
from the Chili Express chairlift and 1 mile from the Angel Fire golf course. The dining table views
of the Moreno Valley and Wheeler Peak are absolutely incredible. It is indeed a pleasure to wake in
the morning with the view of Wheeler Peak, snow-capped in the winter or punctuated by hot air balloons
rising in the summer. Drifting off to sleep under the fluffy king comforter with the skylight full
of stars is another treat found in Benchmark 315.
Entered through a cathedral ceilinged airlock, this is a third floor unit with a double loft. It is
decorated in a bright modern style to take advantage of the unique architecture and floor plan. The
master suite is huge with a king size bed, double Jacuzzi tub, and enough windows to make you think
you're sleeping outside. Wireless internet means you can sit on the bed or move to the couch to
catch up on business or email.
The bright second bedroom has a queen size bed with east-facing windows to catch the morning sun. A
divided bathroom with tub/shower combination and separate sink area is conveniently situated for the
second bedroom and main living area. A stacked washer/dryer unit is located in the kitchen next to
the pantry, so clothes can always be dry before heading out to the slopes or river the next day.
The loft area upstairs is divided into two sections - the first has 3 twin beds just up the circular
stair from the dining room. The second loft over the kitchen sleeps two and includes the half-bath.
Its 20 foot ceiling is capped by an atrium style skylight bringing daylight to the loft and into the
If the need arises, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, which brings the sleeping capacity
to 11 people. Many families have commented that when they stay in our condo the children are at home
in the loft while the adults can visit downstairs. Truthfully, sitting by the Jotul gas stove in
the living room while watching the new flat screen is very relaxing after a day of hiking or skiing.

Activity and Interests
Our condo is ideally situated for a family ski vacation. The two high speed quad chair lifts provide
full access to the 68 trails, 75% of which are suitable for beginning and intermediate skiers, as
well as the snow boarders in your family. With over 2000 vertical feet, receiving an average of over
210 inches of snow per year, Angel Fire is New Mexico's premier family resort area. Modern
snowmaking equipment assures optimum conditions throughout the ski season. The beginner's area with
its own chairlift, and the 6,000 square foot Children's Ski and Snow board Center is only four
blocks from our door.
If summer is more to your liking, Angel Fire is the place to be! With daytime temperatures in the
70's and low 80's and nights in the 40's and 50's, Angel Fire provides the perfect escape from your
typical hot and humid mid-summer conditions. Spend some time on the PGA approved Angel Fire Golf
Course or load your mountain bike on the Chili Express chairlift and 'ride the mountain'. Of course
there is always the option of taking a horseback ride or taking the children to Angel Fire Resort's
private Monte Verde Lake to do a little fishing.
Taos is only a 30 minute drive to the west, where you can get lost in art galleries or historic
sites for hours on end. Red River is about 45 minutes to the north and Cimmaron is about the same
distance to the east. All-in-all, if you can't find something to do in this corner of New Mexico,
you're not looking very hard. If just lazing around, reading a good book and enjoying the mountain
scenery is your idea of the perfect vacation, that works too.

Our rates range from $630 per week ($105/night) during the spring, summer and fall months to $1,800 per week ($300/night) during the Christmas season and Spring Break in March. We have a "Winter Sale" for the month of January when the rates drop to $1,380 per week ($230/night). Our regular "Winter" rates are $1,470 per week ($245/night)
