Delightful and Economical Condo- Tooth Brush Ready!

This beautiful one bedroom condominium is on the ground floor located

near 68th St. and Camelback Road. It is located directly across ( 1 block) from

Fashion Square Mall.(AZ's largest indoor mall)

The patio opens to a poolside view (recently refurbished in 2011). The unit was renovated in 2007 and is approximately 700+ sq ft. There is a sofa sleeper in the

living room for a guest. Electricity, HD cable TVs and high speed Internet

are included for winter and shoulder season rental (October-April 15). Phone is not included.

For rental between April 21 - September 30 all utilities, cable, telephone, and high speed internet charges will be added to the monthly rental cost. There are no hook up fees. Leases of 3-8 months will receive a progressive reduction in monthly rent depending upon duration. September, October, and December of 2011 special negotiable rates apply. Email owner for details.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable Condo

The condo that we stayed at in Camelback House has a great location. Close to golf courses, shopping and Old Town.
It is a great layout with all the necessities of home. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly.
The owner is easy to deal with and will help out with any problems that may arise.
We would recommend this condo to anyone - it has been a wonderful vacation spot for us.

What a wonderful and homey surprise after a grueling 4 day trip across country to start my new life adventure in Arizona. I wanted a place that we could call home and that would be very close to the best that Phoenix offers. Everything I had was in the car and according to the owners all I needed was a toothbrush - and they were right. You need nothing but the spirit to enjoy the many and complete accommodations, amenities and warm and beautiful decorations - Of course, very clean, and all your needs are taken care of. Relax and soak in the beauty of the back yard and wild birds and bunnies - and when rested, walk across the street and spend the whole day in the fashion mall. Every need was taken care of promptly and courteously. I will always remember this as being my first home in Arizona with fond memories.

Wonderful Rental

I was impressed with layout and cleanliness. It was very quiet.
The gazebo and pool were nearby and well maintained.
The landlord was very congenial and helped with any needs. I would
have stayed longer, however, I had to have an operation followed by physical
therapy. Many thanks to my landlord.

Great Location to Enjoy Scottsdale and Phoenix

The only surprises upon arriving at this Camelback House property were pleasant ones. The owners went above and beyond some other places I have stayed in by supplying paper and cleaning products - even laundry soap. The unit itself was very clean and definitely better decorated that my own home. We cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a selection of spices, and enjoyed the local grocery shopping opportunities. The ripe, pink grapefruit we picked from the tree next to our patio was the culinary winner. Everything was orderly, easy to find (even spare light bulbs) and the free internet service worked with both my Kindle and Droid so I could look up attractions and directions. Cell phone service was good if we stepped outside the unit, but iffy from inside. The wonderful attractions of Old Town Scottsdale were only 5 minutes drive and those in Phoenix were only 15-20 minutes. I don't think there was much we missed. We visited: Taliesin West, Native Trails, the Heard Museum, Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Art Museum, Pueblo Grande, the Olive Grove, Goldfield and the Sedona red rocks. My mother was in the heated swimming pool (very pleasant 80+ degrees) every morning - and had it all to herself except when she convinced me to join her. The afternoon temperatures were usually a sunny 60-70, but it took the sun a few hours to heat up the air from the morning 40's in January.

Our holiday at this condo was a winner,all the owner promised was there.Very well maintained.Pool and relax areas,loundry room just steps away exellent condition.
Condo it self is tastefully-beautifully desidned and specially Very very clean and all you really need in the kitchen and bedroom /bed is supper comfy/is there.Maps and direction are easy to follow,golf,parks,exelent restaurants and good shopping also minutes away
We all ready recommended this place to our friendsand we like to be back again too.
