For rental between April 21 - September 30 all utilities, cable, telephone, and high speed internet charges will be added to the monthly rental cost. There are no hook up fees. Leases of 3-8 months will receive a progressive reduction in monthly rent depending upon duration. September, October, and December of 2011 special negotiable rates apply. Email owner for details.
