This beautiful, DIRECT OCEANFRONT (most units are partial in this building - including the condos listed on Vacation Rentals, etc ) 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the THIRD floor in the unique Antigua (recently renovated) building.

Parents, kids and AARP members will certainly appreciate this desirable and convenient location ~ high enough to provide privacy and stunning views, yet low enough so you won't have to wait long for elevators ~ quickly run up to unit for bathroom breaks, snacks and drinks ~ while relaxing on the porch ~ avoid vertigo (top floor units) ~ wave at friends, family or holler at the kids ~ and best of all ~ you're steps away (about a 100' from balcony - couple hundred feet from lobby) from a quiet and uncrowded beach (even during primetime)!


Just wanted to thank you for your AWESOME condo July 4th weekend. My family had a wonderful time and your place is GREAT. WHAT A VIEW. We are definately interested in renting it again. As soon as we have dates we'll let you know.

Amazing views of ocean

Amazing views of the ocean as soon as you walk into the unit. The condo is nicely decorated and well kept. It was wonderful to be right on the beach and if you didn't cool off in the ocean you could cool off in the pool!

Activity and Interests

The Antigua, a mid-rise building between 85th & 86th street, is centrally located between the north and south ends of Ocean City.

Antigua amenities include:

* heated pool and kiddy pool

* one parking space

* manager on premises

* 24-hour security

Close proximity to the Rt. 90 bridge means arriving and leaving will certainly be more convenient ~ this desirable location offers two traffic lights in front of the building and a city bus stop that will take you anywhere in OC for cheap ~ gas/convenience store across the street ~ a short walk to several restaurants ~ a longer walk for burger/dogs/drinks/ice cream ~ a short drive to grocery store/restaurants/movies/putt-putt golf/waterparks/boardwalk/rides ~ about 3.5 miles to boardwalk ~ and a longer drive to Assateague Island.

    This is a MINI-WEEK (3 or 4 night) rental: Friday to Monday OR Monday to Friday.

    You can COMBINE MINI-WEEKS for a FULL WEEK (7 nights): Friday to Friday OR Monday TO Monday ~ although not as "affordable", I do have returning guests that splurge - they LOVE the location and view, and would rather not take a chance on unpleasant surprises.

    Monday to Friday MINIweeks go quick along with Memorial & Labor day, July 4th and special event weekends ~ I start receiving inquiries in late fall/early winter for primetime and September! ~ If unit has already been reserved, don't forget to BOOKMARK FOR NEXT YEAR'S VACATION!

    * Senior/College graduate group availability: Mid-May to Mid-June


    The majority of OC rentals are Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals with check-in at 3 p.m - thus lots of traffic coming and going. My Check-In is 1 p.m. on Friday or Monday - this allows you to beat the traffic, grab the key, get settled and still have the rest of the afternoon to catch some rays on the beach! Check-Out is 10:00 a.m.

    Additional Costs:

    MD state and OC lodging tax = 10.5% ~ yuck :(
    Antigua parking permit (Memorial to Labor) = $25
    Shoreline Properties reservation/admin fee = $45
    (they handle my reservations, leases, deposits, keys, etc. and are conveniently located a couple of blocks from unit ~ I don't know you and you don't know me ~ protects both of us ~ fee waived for returning guests)

    Security Deposit:

    $300 refundable OR $45 non-refundable (accidental damage insurance - up to $1000 damage)


    $100 due upon reservation - credit card; half of total rental amount (less $100 reservation) due within 7 days - personal check or money order only.

    Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

  • Upon entering you will immediately notice this is not your typical 'shoebox' condo ~ instead you will find a unique and open plan ~ 20 feet of glass sliders provide fabulous views which invite you to relax and enjoy the private and spacious 5' x 20' balcony! Oops! Almost forgot to mention the oceanfront master bedroom with 18 feet of windows and access to THE balcony referenced above courtesy of a 5' sliding door :) Unit #304 sleeps up to 6+: * oceanfront master bedroom = queen bed * front bedroom = pyramid bunk bed * living room = pull-out sofa bed Amenities include: * full kitchen * refrigerator w/ice maker * range w/over-top microwave * dishwasher * washer/dryer and...if the beach and attractions aren't enough: * TV * dvd * ipod player * FREE wifi * playing cards * bring your board games 'Tony, I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to do a mini week rental at your condo. We had a great time. You have a beautiful place on the beach. I hope we left everything up to your standards. We are planning to come back next year if you have an opening that will work for us again.
