Please read my reviews! They tell the real story about me and how I treat my guests!
Located right behind the MGM, my Vegas Condo sleeps 8, with two king bedrooms, two queen pullout sleeper sofas, 2 bathrooms, two kitchens, dining area, living area, swimming pool, hot tub, workout facility...and free WiFi!
It is the true way to vacation in Las Vegas in Luxury, without spending the farm to enjoy this level of living! I also have an identical one bedroom Condo available - same appointments!
Free shuttle up and down the entire Strip every hour!
This Condo is less than 4 years old! Beautiful appointments!
Retired, living in Vegas!
“Totally unique, very affordable, very close to everything, lots of room!”
This is Vegas! - All the entertainment, food, gaming, golf, hiking, etc, etc - ANYTHING you can think of!
On the strip: The circ shows, the entertainers, the food, etc. from every possible taste and budget.
The casinos… 38 million dollar signs, let alone what is inside... in the way of displays, flowers, gondolas, rareart, attention to detail - beyond imagination.
Downtown: World's largest TV screen (covers over two blocks) with 'old vegas' casinos, worlds largest golden nugget (something like 34 pounds accidentally discovered by someone running into it with a lawnmower), live music stages featuring well known groups for free, swimming pool with a tube ride taking you through sharks, sidewalk musicians of first quality talent, fun booths, etc. etc. Mob Museum (our previous Mayor was the lawyer that defended the Mob in trials) - true to form, his wife now is Mayor..! … again, endless restaurants.
Off the strip:
40 minutes away… Mount Charleston, 12,000 foot mountain with Skiing at the top 8 months out of the year, looks like Colorado half way up…one would swear they are nowhere near a desert… good restaurant up there as well. Indian tribes come out of the reservations to selljewelry. If it is 100 degrees in the Valley, it is 78 or so at the restaurant.
Of course, the Grand Canyon.
Hoover Dam - spectacular.
Red Rock canyon… beautiful.
Valley of Fire - Stunning
Brice Canyon - Mouth dropping scenery.
Very, very little rain here… every day will probably be near cloudless with a cobalt blue sky and in the sun, very warm.
Ghost towns, old mining towns… My favorite is two hours or so away called Oatman, where abandoned herds of donkeys leftbehind from the gold mining days come down and walk through the middle of town begging for carrots. Lots of unique shops, antique, indian jewelry, western wear, etc.
15 minutes of driving out of town in any direction puts you in stunning mountain driving. If you stay 3 days or more, I highly recommend renting a car… they are inexpensive here… 17-22 dollars/day.Good for both in and out of town… in town, parking is free AND valet wherever one goes… saves lots of time andoverall money.
Gambling is such a teeny part of what is here....but fun, if one watches themselves.
A town called Seligman on old route 66 looks like the movie 'Cars' - lots of memorabilia. Two hours away.
Hollywood is 3.5 hours away.
Salt Lake city is 4.5 hours away.
Area 51 is 1.5 hours away… the Atomic Museum is in Vegas… fascinating.Area 51 planes land and take off all the time from McCarran … They carry employees back and forth…they are full size, they have no markings anywhere, no numbers, just a red stripe along the windows… fascinating, since it's not supposed to exist.
If you like to hike, or balloon, or skydive, or zip line, kayak, etc. etc. all available in spades here.
So, however long you can stay, you will never run out of things to do!

“A 14 minute walk to the 'good' side of the Strip... MGM, Paris, Excalibur, Tropicana, Bellagio, etc. The other end can be a bit 'seedy'”
