Studio Condo with Kitchen and Bath, Sleeps 2

This is a beautiful, modern, NON-SMOKING, studio condo with separate bath and fully furnished kitchen located just 50 yards from the beach at the east end of Waikiki. Our condo is on the 7th floor of the 10-story Waikiki Grand Hotel with a nice view of the mountains out the main condo windows and a partial view of the ocean from the front door. The 10th floor sundeck offers panoramic views of dramatic Diamond Head, peaceful Kapiolani Park, and the beautiful palm-covered Waikiki beach.

We call our unit 'The Artist's Pad' because of its artistic design, colorful decor, and numerous art pieces on the walls. All the lights in the kitchen and living room area are dimmable for romantic ambiance. The kitchen features dramatic lighting, New England soapstone countertops, and raised glass for eating. The main room is tiled with Travertine, has wall-to-wall glass windows and curtains for privacy. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, a 32' flat-screen wall-mounted TV, free internet, and in-room phone service.

- Sleeping Options: The unit has a very comfortable queen-size bed and a full size sofa bed. Bed linens are provided for your convenience. We have extra pillows, bed linens and blankets in the closet in case you need them.

- Dining Options: Our kitchen is fully equipped with glass top burners, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, rice cooker, slow cooker, and two mini-refrigerators. Our kitchen is complete with pots and pans, dishes, utensils and all the glassware you need.

- Bathing Options: The bathroom has a full size tub and shower. It has a stainless steel, state-of-the-art sink and faucet. Bath towels are provided during your stay for your convenience.

- Entertainment Options: In addition to the flat screen TV, we also provide a stereo CD/radio/blue-tooth player. Just bring your own CDs or blue-tooth compatible device. A small library of local Hawaiian CDs is also available for your listening enjoyment.

- Communication Equipment: FREE internet connection is provided (WiFi), or higher speed (Ethernet/wifi) available at extra cost. All you need is your laptop or mobile device. FREE unlimited calls throughout the U.S. and Canada using Magic Jack connection. International calls are subject to fees and charges.

We both lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 30+ years. We purchased our condo in 2008 as an investment and a place to stay when we came to visit our young grandson. We enjoyed it so much we moved here in 2013, however it is not large enough for year around living so we rent it out as a vacation rental and now live just a few miles away in a small two bedroom house.

Awesome vacation condo

My husband, two year old and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were more than impressed. When we walked in the place was immaculate, they had laid out beach toys for my daughter to play with. The rental also had beach chairs, mats, a beach cooler, umbrella, in short we were all set up. The condo was the perfect location, and was the perfect size for our family. The owners were very friendly and super prompt returning all emails. I would highly reccomend this condo to a couple or small family.

The Perfect Place

This condo is perfect and in one of the best locations in Waikiki.

I stayed in this condo for one month and absolutely loved it. It was spacious for studio with modern interiors, amenities and comfortable furniture.

The minute you walk in, you will immediately feel relaxed and at home.

The location is perfect! Minutes walk to the beach, Diamond head, Honolulu zoo, shopping, transport and lots more.

Brad and Lorie are awesome, caring and so easy to deal

I Highly recommend this condo to anyone and will hopefully be back soon.

Clean, Convenient and Funky

This condo was the perfect setup for my son and I. It is located on the outskirts of all the Waikiki hustle and bustle, yet still close to all the amenities and the beautiful beach. Lorie and Brad were more than helpful and accommodating by answering all our questions and giving us useful information to plan our trip. They even let us have a late check out because we were on a red eye flight. Much appreciated!! The condo is clean, has everything you need and it's nice and quiet to get a good nights sleep. It's perfect for two people. We had an excellent stay. Thank you Lorie and Brad!

Fantastic Stay in Waikiki

A definite 5-Star experience!

I stayed at Brad and Lorie's trendy studio in Waikiki for almost two months. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I had never booked through HomeAway before so I was a little worried. I needed a very fast internet connection for work and I knew that is a request that most places would not necessarily accept.

Brad and Lorie were so kind and helpful all the way through that I felt fortunate to have found their place. I knew that if anything else came up that they were only a phone call away. That made me feel great. It turns out that there was nothing else that came up. The place is just as advertised. I liked the decor a lot and the view/open feel was great too.

Great condo

We stayed in the Condo for 5 nights and we really had a great time. The condo is next to the beach, and close to all the restaurants and boutiques. It was confortable, modern and clean. We had all we needed. The kitchen is fully equiped, and we even had 2 bodyboards, 2 sunchairs and an umberella. We went to Hanauma Bay and Diamond Head by bus, and the bus stations are really close to the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Had an unbelievable time!!

This place was great, it was literally a half a block from Waikiki's beautiful beach and across the street from the Waikiki Zoo. The 10th floor sun deck had an amazing view of the Diamond head, Zoo, And beach. The Place itself was very clean and had more than enough room comfortably for 2 people. It had everything you needed to cook and clean for yourself. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like babies every night. Me and my girlfriend had the time of our lives in Waikiki. The locals were friendly, local food as unreal, and the beach was beautiful. Shopping was like no other and sight seeing around the island was a must. Lorie was super helpful and very flexible to our needs, she provided all the information we needed including extra information from sight seeing to moped rentals. Kristy and I would like to thank you Lorie for being so great and providing us with a beautiful place to stay on the best vacation ever. If your looking to be close to the beach with a great view, choose this place, it wont let you down I promise you that!

This property is great because it is so close to the beach and sits on the boundary between the natural and urban environments. Kapahulu Avenue is the dividing line between the urban Waikiki Beach strip to the west and the natural Kapiolani Park and Diamond Head area to the east. Our condo is a great place to get the best of both worlds.

Nearest Airport : Honolulu International at 11 Miles Nearest Barpub : Hula's Nearest Motorway : H-1 at 1 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Teddy's Burgers Nearest Beach : Waikiki at 50 Metres Car: not necessary

- The beautiful white sands and palm trees of Waikiki Beach are only 50 yards away.

- First Friday of the month FREE movies are occasionally shown on the beach in the evening.

- The Kapiolani Regional Park is just across the street stretching from our building to Diamond Head with acres of green, beautiful park for strolling, relaxing, picnicking, or jogging.

- Honolulu Zoo is also just across the street in the park.

- The Honolulu Aquarium is located in the park by the beach a few blocks walk away.

- Short walks down along the Waikiki 'strip' take you to a multitude of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

- Just two blocks behind our building is Kuhio Avenue with constant bus service running the length of Waikiki including major bus routes that take you to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Pearl Harbor, Hanauma Bay, and other major attractions.

- Approximately 1/2 mile up Kapahulu Avenue from our building is a large, new Safeway grocery store and shopping center for extensive grocery shopping needs.
