Built in 2008, 6 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 story home, full kitchen, first floor has1 King bedroom, 2 bedrooms have queens and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds.There are 2 full bathrooms , second floor has a full bath, 2 bedrooms one with a king and one has a queen. The House is located on gulf side of Via Deluna. The road that the beach is on, is located directly behind the house. There is a sidewalk next to the house that takes you to the beach.

wedding weekend in Pensacola for our son
My wife's father (Marine Corp pilot) passed away five days before the wedding and we all thank Danny ( former Marine) for posting the Marine Corp flag in front of the beach home to honor a great father and grandfather.We stay at many hotels and bed and breakfasts and none can compare to this home.The highways and access in and out of Pensacola are the best I have ever seen. The interstate system feeds right in and the home is easy to find.

The house has water on both sides with easy access to the beaches, and the water views from the front and back of the house are delightful. Take time for the short drive to the Naval Aviation Museum, Pensacola Historic Lighthouse, and Pensacola Historic Village. There is so much to enjoy here.
The decks on this house were wonderful for lazing about in the evenings and BBQ on the grill. The owner was very accommodating, and our family would highly recommend and stay here again.
Plenty of room for everyone, lots of fun! One of the best places we have ever rented for vacation.
The beach has clean soft white sand and far enough away from the condos/hotels so as not to be crowded. Even during Spring break, our students enjoyed their own space on the beach. The house is also within walking distance of town, which includes restaurants and shops.
The owner is easy to work with and made our stay enjoyable. This home would be ideal for several families or a large family.
