A must best vacation rental in Havasu

We have rented this house twice and we loved it each time! If you love sunsets, cute bunnies, and quail, you can see it all from the front and back yard. also from the front you can see the river. So convenient gas station and mini mart down the street also don't forget WINDSOR BOAT LAUNCH is minutes away. All this and THE LONDON BRIDGE, Walmart, Home Depot and many restaurants right around the corner. Nice clean house everything you could want is already there for you, they even have a pool man come clean the pool. The area is quiet and peaceful. I GIVE THIS PLACE A 10 ON A SCALE OF 1-10.THE OWNERS PROVIDED WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE,I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. WE ARE HAPPY AND WILL BE RENTING IT AGAIN NEXT SUMMER.

I found this to be a great property. I stay every year for 1 month for the past several years. The owners are great to communicate with. The home is always freshly cleaned when I arrive. I leave it the same as when I come in. Very relaxing property and well maintained. Never an issue. Can't wait to get back this month.

The house it self was nice,,a little dirty though,, from winter renters,,and found it to have major plumbing issues in witch the owner woldnt take care of,, when the sewer backed up into the master bathroom tub,,i called,, he sad there was a hand held snake in the garage,, it didnt work,, I had to have it done by a company,, not one but three time over the summer,, and wasnt refunded any coasts,, and on the first weekend the garbbige disposelfell fell off the kitchen sink, and wasnt refunded the coast on that either,, for all the work i had to do my self, The owner agreed to let us stay on the holiday weekend after our rental time,, however he then kept our deposit and gave some lame excuse as to why,, its a shame after renting it for three summers in a row to see it get so run down..The TV is very limited,,the roof was leaking when it rained hard,, we are going to small clams court,,,,

Owner's Response: This is just a man and family who were caught stealing from the property. A list of stolen garage equipment. Allowing the neighbor to steal my water(I have written note from neighbor). Pictures are taken before and after each renter to show the home for the protection of each renter and ourselves. He also did not pay security for dogs on property that he never notified us of and left a mess. Left illegal substances on the property and left the property a mess. I had to replace many items from this very bad renter. Owners beware as he is looking to find a new home to damage. The first year he was fine then the following years always a problem. I have repetitive renters since owning the home and wish that he and his family took care of the home as my other seasonal renters do. I look for repetitive renters as an asset!!!

    All reservations require adult/child head count.
    All reservations require full security deposit to reserve. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Full security deposit and payment required at time of reservation if made less than 30 days to arrival. No refunds if made less than 30 days. All cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior or no refunds. Please provide needed check-in and check-out time.

    Renters assume 100% liabilty at home for self/guests and childrens safety. Yard is gated. All children must be adult supervised in pool area at all times. Renter assumes full resposibilty for damages and legal fees.
    Please inquire dates. Vacation rental calendar is not used.
