This location is ideal for vacationers. The North-of-Montana setting is exclusive, upscale, private, and extremely quiet, featuring multimillion dollar homes on beautiful and spacious tree-lined streets. Yet walk for just a minute, and you'll arrive at the renowned Montana shopping district (the locals' favorite area for many high-end boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafes, frozen yogurt & ice cream shops, movie theaters, yoga & massage studios, etc.). A short walk, bike ride, or drive also takes you to Santa Monica's beach, its famous Amusement Pier (with its fabulous Ferris Wheel!), and its bustling Promenade (with shops, restaurants, movie theaters, and other attractions), or to LA's best farmers' markets and other abundant recreation, including hiking, swimming, tennis, golf, yoga, and more.
The house's central location also provides easy access to nearby public transportation (the main bus is just 2 short blocks away) and freeways (a 5-minute drive to the 10 or the 405).
