Our MAR Y SOL condominium (Rm. 6) are located at 107 E. Bahama st. on the beachside of South Padre Island, TX.. One to two minute walk to a beach access, and to several restaurants and bars in either direction. Built in 2006 Mar y Sol condominiums has a swimming pool and parking for two vehicles in one parking space. Living area features large sofa sleeper, recliner and cable tv. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and three bar stools in the bar area adjacent to the kitchen. Kitchen feature a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Master bedroom has complete furnishings and a queen size bed with comfortable bedding,cable tv and large closets. Second bedroom has two full size beds with comfortable bedding, cable tv, and large closets.

Wonderful Time

This property was wonderful! It was in close proximity to the shops, restaurants and especially the beach. The condo was clean, airy and had everything you could possibly need: plates, mugs and my favorite washer and dryer. During our stay the AC broke down but within an hour management responded promtly & got it fixed. The whole family was very pleased with our stay & probably will stay again at this property.

    Cancellation : Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded, less a cancellation charge of $20.00. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be refunded if unit is subsequently rented, less a $20.00 cancellation charge.

    * Additional persons: Additional $25.00/night per person (7th & 8th person)
    Occupancy tax: 14.50%
    Fees: Linen fee $50.00 (2bd/2ba) Pet charge $25.00

    * Spring breakers : Damage deposit (minimum $275.00) is dependent on length of stay and number of people. Advance payment of $275.00 is also required 3 weeks before check in, in the form of a cashiers check,money order or credit card.
    * Winter season - starts Dec. 1st and ends Feb. 28th. Complete months only (no partials).

    Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
