Our Las Marinas condominium (Rm. 106 ) are located at 5909 Padre Blvd. on the bayside of South Padre Island,TX. Convieniently located within the Island's most exclusive subdivision on Cactus Cove Waterway at the Southwest corner of Sunset Drive and Padre Boulevard, Las Marinas provides waterfront living in a boating atmosphere while maintaining a short walk to the beach. Designed with a Mediterranean flair, Las Marinas is a four story, thirty two unit building consisting of a upscale 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums. Living area features a large tv., queen size sofa sleeper and recliner. Media room features tv and comfortable sofa. Master bedroon has complete furnishings, king size bed with comfortable bedding, cable tv., large closets. Second bedroom has complete furnishings queen size bed with comfortable bedding, cable tv., large closets. Kitchen features full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and four bar stools at the bar area. The safe harbor, private marina boasts a boat slip for every condominium unit offering residents easy access to the Laguna Madre Bay for boating, fishing, wind surfing, and other water activities. Ammenities include Infinite style swimming pool, heated spa, poolside cabana with restroom, boat slip with electricity and water, fishing deck, fish cleaning station, two elevators, tropical landscaping, assigned parking and boat slip space, bay access and boat ramp nearby, short walk to the beach.

During March and/or Texas Week Spring Break, Las Marinas charges a onetime $25.00 security bracelet fee for every occupant, which is paid directly to Las Marina's property manager at check in.

The unit was nicely appointed and the property is outstanding. A larger television in the living room is desparately needed though. Having a boat slip just outside your door is absolutrely incredible, and easy access to power and water to wash it down was the icing on the cake. We'll be back!

    Deposit : Reservation deposit of one night rate is required at the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at time of check in. Damage deposit is dependent on length of stay and number of people.
    Cancellation : Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded, less a cancellation charge of $20.00. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be refunded if unit is subsequently rented, less a $20.00 cancellation charge.

    Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
