The condo is already reserved from January 1, 2015 to the end of March 2015 and for the same dates in 2016. April 2015 and 2016 are open.
The Condo Association Rules require that the minimum rental period is 1 month. Requests for shorter terms will not be answered.

Beautifully furnished, ground-floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo on Holiday Cove canal. The gulf is just a short paddle down the canal to beautiful blue water and superb in-shore fishing. Just a few minutes away you can enjoy sandy white beaches, grilling and picnics at Sunset Park or the larger Howard Park. You can launch your boat at either of these parks or fish from shore - Red Fish, Speckled Trout and Blue fish inhabit the shallow grassy flats and are within casting distance of the shore.
If you prefer fresh water, Anderson Park on 2,534 acre Lake Tarpon is only a few minutes away. Lake Tarpon is one of the top 10 bass lakes in Florida and features lakeside picnic tables and grills, and an excellent boat ramp. Golf, bicycle, picnic, shop, dine out, or just relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water.
Across the canal from the condo is a nature preserve where a pair of magnificent Osprey nest and fish. You won't need binoculars, but bring them if you have them because there are plenty of egrets, herons, king fishers, ibis, storks, pelicans, and many other wading and soaring birds to watch from the condo's back deck.
The nature preserve is always active. Mullet are constantly jumping in the estuary and you can often see them schooling around the dock. Mullet will rarely take a hook though. To catch mullet you have to net them. However, you can fish for redfish, flounder and catfish from the dock behind the condo. Just bait your rod with shrimp and drop it to the bottom or rig it with a bobber. If you are real adventurous, you can go crabbing for blue crab.
The canal lets out into the Gulf just a short distance away. You can enjoy in-shore saltwater fishing and sunbathing from the private dock on the canal or take a short drive to one of the many parks located just a short distance away.
Kayak the Anclote River barrier islands or paddle out to Anclote Key off Howard Park in the Gulf.
Golfers you will think you are in paradise. Tarpon Springs Golf Club, Sandpiper Golf Course, Copperhead Golf Course, and Island Golf Course are within 2 miles of the condo, and there are 7 more surrounding Lake Tarpon to the west- all within 5 miles of the condo.
Other recreational activities include tennis, snorkeling, diving, deep sea, and in-shore fishing. You can also bike ride the 37 mile Pinellas Trail which leads all the way into St. Petersburg. Kayak around the many barrier islands of the Anclote River. Spend the day exploring Honeymoon Island or snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of Weeki Wachee Springs. Or take a short drive into Tampa and visit Lowry Park Zoo featuring the Florida Manatee and Aquatic Center and more. Later, you can dance and dine on ethnic food in historic Ybor City.
If shopping, antiques, fresh seafood, or Greek food are your interest, you will surely enjoy exploring the sponge docks of historic old Tarpon Springs.
However you choose to spend your time, you will not run out of activities. The condo is within 2 hours of some of the best amusement parks in the world - Disney World, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Universal Studios, and professional sports such as football, baseball, and ice hockey.
Fine dining and shopping is all around you whether you prefer fresh seafood, a Ceasar salad, a hearty steak, or a more ethnic meal such as Greek, Italian or Cuban.
