Our beautiful, brand new, 3rd floor condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is ideally located right next to the clubhouse and fabulous pool at the central Vista Cay Resort in Orlando. It is perfect for business travelers or for families, retirees, singles or couples looking for a great place to stay while enjoying their holiday.

Our self catering 2001 sq. ft. condo is beautifully furnished and includes:

* free high speed wireless internet service and a computer and printer,

* a 50 inch plasma flat screen TV,

* PlayStation3,

* 22 inch LCD televisions in each bedroom,

* iPod clock radios in every bedroom,

* a full size washer and dryer,

* phone service for national and international calls,

* a leather queen size sofa sleeper.

The kitchen is fully equipped including all electrical goods, glassware, dishware, cookware and utensils.

All beds have luxury pillow-top mattresses and 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets to add that extra luxury to your stay.

Luxury, hotel quality towels are provided, as well as pool towels and a hairdryer in each bathroom.

Just returned after a 2 week holiday in Florida

Stayed at Karen and Melissa's condo at Vista Cay. What a great place to stay. It is very close to seaworld/aquatica/discovery cove - about 1-2 miles and about 3 miles to universal/islands of adventure & wet & wild and is in easy reach to Disney.

We previously stayed in a townhouse on the same complex but decided to choose a condo this time round. We entered the condo and all we could say was 'wow'! It was huge! So much bigger than we expected. The ceilings were high and the doors were tall and the main double bed was huge!!! The en-suite was big and had 2 sinks, a bath and a double shower cubicle. It was very close to the pool and had its own balcony (which the townhouses don't have) which was great as most evenings we had a well deserved glass of wine on at the end of a busy day at the theme parks

It was a lovely place to stay and I would definately recommend it to anyone

A Perfect Choice

I travel to Orlando for business, therefore have stayed in many of the condos over the years. This condo was the best I have encountered at Vista Cay! Being right next to the club house is a great location. It is an easy walk along the lake to the Publix grocery store. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for preparing all meals and I especially liked a nice selection of storage containers for leftovers. We carry our own computers, although access to a printer was especially nice. The owners were great to work with and always prompt in their response.

A wonderful stay in Orlando

My family and I had a very good week in Orlando. The condo was really good located. It was very clean and well-furnished. The pool area was nice to relax a bit and for the kids to have fun in the pool. Karen and Melissa were very friendly and helpful with any issues. So, if someone want to go to Orlando and have a good time, we can definitely recommend you this condo!

Activity and Interests

International Drive is lined with all kinds of restaurants from fast food to elegant dining,

shopping at the various unique souvenir shops and one-of-a-kind attractions. You can even take a

helicopter ride! There is a trolley bus service along International Drive for your convenience and

offers exceptional value for money.

There are many golf courses in the area, including Shingle Creek Golf Club which is just minutes

away from the resort and has complimentary valet parking.

SeaWorld and Universal Studios are less than 10 minutes away! There is easy access to I-4 which will

lead you to Disney World, Downtown Disney and all of the attractions along US 192.

You can choose to head west on I-4 to Tampa/St. Petersburg (only a 1 hour drive) to take in the

fantastic white sandy beaches, or take a tour of The Pier and view the Tampa Bay, or visit Sunken

Gardens and Busch Gardens. If you want to explore the Atlantic coast, head east on I-4 and visit

Daytona and NASCAR or take in Titusville and the Kennedy Space Center.

There is always something to see and do!

    * 12.5% Florida Tax will apply to every booking
    * $80 cleaning fee applied to all bookings of 4 nights or less

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. A booking will be confirmed in writing or via email once the completed booking form and the deposit of $200 or £100 has been received.
    2. Full payment for rental is due not later than six weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within six weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking.
    3. A security deposit of $350 by way of a hold on your credit card will be placed by our management company on completion of their registration form issued two weeks before arrival.
    4. The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to use the security deposit for any costs incurred.
    5. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received in
    accordance with the conditions above.
    6. Should circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to date and no liability can be accepted.
    7. All cancellations by guests must be received in writing or via email and are subject to the following charges:-
    More than 6 weeks before arrival date = deposit
    Between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival date = 50% of rental amount
    Less than 4 weeks before arrival date = 100% of rental amount
    8. Check in time is from 4:00 pm on the arrival date. Check out time is 10am on the departure date; otherwise a Management Company charge may be incurred. Our Management Company can arrange a late check out if availability allows and following a request being approved and payment made prior to the departure date.
    9. The property may only be occupied by a maximum of 8 people.
    10. All reservations are booked solely for persons named and the Owner/Management
    Company reserves the right to refuse entrance to those who are not named.
    11. The Owner/Management Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any booking at any time at their discretion without having to give reasons.
    12. It may be necessary during your stay for staff or agents of the Management Company to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.
    13. Animals and pets are not allowed in the condo.
    14. For the safety and comfort of guests, smoking is not allowed in the property.
    15. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for loss or injury while staying in the property or using the facilities of the development. Guests are required to have appropriate insurance in force for the period of their trip. Loss or injury should be notified to your appropriate insurance company immediately.
    16. Parents must, at all times, supervise children when using the pool and resort facilities.
    17. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for failure of
    equipment in the rental property. After notification of failure, the Management Company will rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.
    18. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for the unavailability of any of the facilities of the development.
    19. Although every effort is made to provide you with accurate information, all information and descriptions given are only a guide and may vary. In the event of mistakes occurring or facilities not available due to circumstances outside our control, we accept no liability.
    20. The Owner/Management Company accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss/damage/cancellation/delays/changes arising from circumstances outside our control such as war or threat of war, fire or adverse weather conditions, government action, strikes, transport technical problems, airport closure or congestion, airline cancellation or theft from the premises, both interior and exterior, including the resort area.
    21. Vista Cay is a brand new development and there may be some site construction. We cannot give any guarantees about this issue.

Vista Cay is a private gated comunity which features recreational opportunities, a walking trail, children's play area, large community pool with enormous multi-level decks and cabanas, spa, a separate gated kiddie pool, picnic area, basketball court. The 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art clubhouse has luxurious furnishings that will welcome you. The facilities include an internet library, meeting rooms, fitness center, theater, arcade/games room and a concierge desk.
