The Brass Rail is one of Tybee's newest luxury gated complexes. Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath second story unit offers a private elevator just steps away from your underground parking places. You will be just 50 yard from the sand on the South End of the island and just steps away from the Pier and the Strand with it's shopping and restaurants.

You have a commanding view of the ocean from the living room and from the master bedroom both of which open onto a large private deck overlooking the beach. The living room has a sofa and comfy chairs arranged on rugs on the beautiful bamboo floors. The entertainment center had a large TV and DVD with cable. There is WI FI access through out the unit.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a bar area open to the living area. The washer- dryer is located just off the kitchen.

Lie on your king size luxury mattress in the master bed room and view the ocean or watch the TV DVD. Or you can step out onto your private balcony and sun on the chaise lounge there. The spacious master bath contains both a shower and jaccuzi tub, his and her vanities, and tons of closet space.

The second bedroom contains a luxury queen mattress and its own TV. The 2nd full bath and half bath are accessable from the hallway.The KID'S RETREAT is the third bedroom which contains both a set of bunk bed and a double bed plus a TV AND VCR. Plenty of room for fun!

Check out unit 202 which sleeps 10. These two units share a private elevator landing. The two units are almost mirror images and their front doors are less than 8 feet apart. Together the units sleep 18 people in comfort; they are great for large groups, family reunions, etc. You and your family will enjoy the laid-back atmosphere on Tybee with biking and shopping near by and Historical Savannah only 20 minutes away.

Our condo is family friendly, but please, NO SMOKING. Pets are allowed if you have made prior arrangement and have a signed pet agreement.

Activity and Interests

So much to do, and so little time to do it all!!!!

After a relaxing night, breakfast on the balcony with an ocean view, then take a dip in one of the pools. Walk 50 yard to the beach and build a sandcastle. Take a liltle walk to pick up shell, or fish off the pier. Then khaki over to Little Tybee to explore or have a low country boil.

Come on home and grill out on your large, ocean view balcony, then take a relaxing dip in the hot tub.

Go to the exercise classes at the Y or play a few sets of tennis on the lighted public courts. or send the fellows over to the golf courses on Wilmingon Island. Don't for get to make time for the Savannah- take a tour, see the sights, enyoy the night life.

Wait, you better rush back to Tybee to enjoy the parades, the concerts and festivals on the Pier and all the great seafood. Did you schedule that deep sea fishing, dolphin tour, pari sailing, kite flying, and the light house time with your family?

    ~Winter Nov 26- Feb 28) Weekly -$1050. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $200. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $225.

    ~Spring ( Mar 1- May 11) Weekly -$1650. Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $275. Daily (Friday and Saturday) - $300.+tax and housekeeping

    ~Summer (May 12- Sept 3) Weekly - Saturday to Saturday $1900.00 (no daily rentals during June & July) Daily (Sunday- Thursday) - $300. Daily (Friday and Saturday) -$325) +tax and housekeeping

    All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and $130. housekeeping fees and damage deposit.
    Holiday rates apply for St Patricks' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Three day minimum rentals.
