Paved roads all the way to the place for easy access. You get ½ the use of a Private Dock that fits one boat. Great location on the river next to the entrance to Martinez Lake. This is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath, living room and dining room doublewide trailer, that feels and looks like a house inside,fully furnished with a complete kitchen including STOVE/ OVEN AND MICROWAVE. There are 5 wall unit air conditioners that keep the place ice cold in summer and heaters for the winter months. New laminate wood style flooring throughout the living room, dining room and bedrooms.There is a lounging patio with an outside bar, new BBQ, music, party lights, fans and furniture on the front of the place. This place is perfect for your family River vacation. Please keep in mind this property no longer has a view and we do not have a fire ring.

Worst Vacation Rental! Stay Away From This One!
We based our decision on renting this place on previous reviews...Wish we would have noted there were no current reviews since 2012!! This place must have gone down hill since then! Ceiling in dining room falling down, which owner confirmed he knew about.
There is now a 40 foot fifth-wheel parked within 5 feet of the patio completely blocking any view and their waste hose is right up against the patio too. Construction going on directly across the street now- within 10 feet of living room & bedrooms. Don't plan to sleep in or relax on your vacation with all the noise, construction equipment, and vehicles parked in the street and blocking your driveway.
During our stay we had NO WATER PRESSURE anywhere in the trailer. Dribbled out in kitchen and bath. Problem with water heater staying lit after we finally got hot water up and running. Owner VERY difficult to work with and does not understand common courtesy to his customers. Finally sent handyman over - unannounced- on 5th night of our stay after we had already gotten ready for bed that night, to check water pressure.
Don't take a chance on this place! Many other better options available in Martinez Lake area.
We are VRBO/HomeAway owners ourselves and use this service regularly. We love the service they provide but this property should be outlawed!
Upon arrival the renter demanded services that are not provide by myself or my caretaker as outlined in the detail instructions given to the renter via email “Monday, February 16, 2015 @ 2:29 PM” (I can forward this email to you as proof of delivery). The propane and the lighting of the stove and water heater are the responsibility of the renter. The renter in this case alerted me that they could not light the water heater and stove because they did not have matches or a lighter and refused to make the five minute walk to the store, therefore I had my care taker fill the propane tank and lite both the water heater (no lighter required) and stove.
As for the claim of the celling there was a previous leak, that has been repaired and the patch is no bigger than six by six inches. Unfortunately it was not repainted prior to the renter showing up but since has been painted to match the color of the celling.
As far as the construction, this is out of my control and I did not even know there was construction going on. Since then I personally have been to the property and the construction was winding down and didn’t bother me.
There was a LOW water pressure issue with the resort because they had to drain the water tank and make a valve repair. Again, this was out of my control and was fixed prior to renter leaving.
I did offer the renter a $250.00 refund because of the resort issues but they refused!

We feel that the full $350 refund is very reasonable, considering all of the maintenance issues your property needed during our stay. The rudeness that you treated us with when we expected the property to be tenantable with hot running water was uncalled for during the first few days of our stay.
If we are given the full amount of $350 we will not write a review on your property at all. If this is acceptable by you, please let us know how and when we can expect our refund.
Will definitely rent again!!
