Our home is an affordable and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath second floor unit just 2.5 blocks from a large guarded beach, and 4 blocks from the recently upgraded 34th St. playground. It is ideal for family vacations with plenty of room including an open living room and dining area with cathedral ceilings and sky lights. The 4 bedrooms easily sleeps 10 and includes a second floor loft that is great for kids. There is off street parking for one car and outside storage for bikes and beach accessories. We have a furnished front deck and provide wireless internet access. Summer rentals include 4 beach tags.

RECENTLY RENOVATED BATHROOMS AND BEDROOMS!

We do not allow smoking or pets and only rent to families.

early rentals may be stuck dealing with apt issues

We can not recommend this property due to several factors. The apartment was not properly cleaned upon our arrival at the 2 pm check in time. The owner claimed this was due to our early arrival thus not allowing the cleaning person. Our arrival was indeed about 10 minutes early allowing us to speak to cleaning person who apologized profusely for the lack of cleaning supplies left by the owner for her to use. She was only able to clean with bleach which she said limited what she could do. We were glad to run into her so we could understand why the apartment was left dusty, unsanitary and with clumps of random hair. The toilet then became clogged within two hours of our arrival and we quickly realized the owner expected us to wait for and deal with repairman. This included the plumber for the toilet who aggressively asked for repair payment from us and multiple visits by cable repairman as the cable/internet had several issues. This is a real drag on your vacation. We also spotted mice twice throughout the apartment. The owner did not return our security deposit claiming the toilet issue was our fault. Hard to agree when it occurred with the first hours of our visit. He also complained WE complained too much. There are so many rentals in Ocean City, why be so aggravated? Find another.

Owner's Response: Please do not take this review seriously. A very positive review was submitted a month before this one. This tennant arrived at noon and immediately began moving their belongings into the house. This made it difficult for the cleaning service to complete their work. However, they worked around the family and the house was left in excellent condition. When contacted the next day regarding some issues with cleanliness and the toilet, I immediately went to the house. First, the house was clean. The family had several small children and an infant. They had changed settings on the TVs which I corrected and got them working again. I then waited for the plumber to arrive. After he looked at the situation he informed me of what caused the clog (items associated with an infant) and I authorized him to make repairs. When I informed the family they would be responsible for the repair they began to call me every day with unsubstantiated complaints. I asked previous and future tennants if there was any sign of rodents. The answer was always no. I believe this family was making up issues because they lost their security deposit. In five years I never received a negative review and have many returning tenants every year. This was an isolated incident from a family who would not accept responsibility for their actions.

Amazing stay!

This condo is exactly as described. Its very spacious, clean and with beautifully done interiors, and a lovely deck. The only issue we had was the no. of comforters available. I suggest you check with the owner on this, or carry some of your own. Also the internet wouldn't connect, the owner did give us the call center no. to check on the issue. We didn't really wanna be on phone with the call center guys during our vacation, so we let that be. Apart from that it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean, comfortable and home like stay.

Ocean City is a great family town. Having a young child made it an easy choice when I was shopping for a shore house.

Activity and Interests

Ocean City, New Jersey is located at the heart of the Jersey Shore and is know as America's best family vacation spot. It's at the northern tip of Cape May County, just 20 minutes from Atlantic City, 70 minutes from Philadelphia, and two hours from New York City. Ocean City offers the best in food, shopping and family-oriented fun.

Ocean City boasts a two & a half mile boardwalk that is a central focus of the downtown. It was voted one of the best in the world in a recent national survey. It is lined with shops and restaurants of every kind, movie theaters, amusement rides, miniature golf courses, and a waterpark.

Between the ocean and bay, many watersports are offered, including surfing, sailing and boating. An active Arts Center, Historical Museum and the famed Music Pier make Ocean City culturally appealing as well. And as for nightlife...(besides the boardwalk), Atlantic City is just twenty minutes away.
