Our 6th Beverly Hills Penthouse apartment features a splendid view, high vaulted ceilings, a warm, modern metropolitan feel and is spacious enough to sleep 6+2 guests comfortably. Truly a perfect vacation home for a family or a small group traveling together, this apartment is outfitted with 2 queen beds and a queen convertible sofa bed. For additional guests, we’ve furnished 2 top-quality queen size air mattresses and 4 single fold-away guest beds. With both luxurious master bedrooms featuring their own spacious master baths, our guests will always feel like they have their own space and privacy.

Choosing which TV program to watch will never be a problem, as there are 3 cable-equipped TV sets in this unit. The newly remodeled apartment features a kitchen with beautiful granite counters, brand new appliances and all the usual cookware and utensils our guests need to create that perfect home-cooked meal. The unit features a proper dining area with seating for four and a living area that is both comfortable and elegant. Bright and sunny, we’ve made sure to furnish and decorate with a careful eye towards creating a home that not only provides luxury, but a feeling of being at ease and most of all, of simply “being at home”.

The building also offers a 24/7 security patrol, a secure gated garage, a spectacular roof top pool and jacuzzi, a laundry room and a charming fountain in a quiet courtyard surrounded by lush greenery and tall palm trees.

Location: Stylish, affluent and centrally located, the Miracle Mile neighborhood is located just East of the Beverly Hills adjacent neighborhoods and just West of the ritzy Hancock Park area. Created in the 1920s with the goal of becoming a lively, car-friendly shopping district, this neighborhood continues to develop as a main Los Angeles hub for many varied businesses. A true melting pot, this area features a colorful mix are architectural styles and is dotted with countless excellent boutiques, cafes, restaurants and small businesses. With three major mall complexes and movie theaters nearby, as well as the nearby Sunset Strip and the Cahuenga nightlife corridor, staying entertained will never be a problem for our guests.

Guests will not only find easy access to all the film and television studios (and casting offices), they will also be just minutes from the Grove shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street and the expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard. The prime, central location and easy access to all the major avenues running in all directions also means that travel times will be cut to a minimum. The famous La Brea Tar Pits and the historic 3rd Street Farmers Market are all within walking distance. 5-7 minutes by car will bring guests to the trendy Melrose shopping district, The Beverly Center Mall or the lively Sunset Strip. Also just a few minutes away are some bustling tourist attractions such as Hollywood Blvd, the Kodak Theater, Grauman’s Chinese Theater and Universal Studios Theme Park.

Parking info: Two parking spots are available in the gated garage and plenty of free street parking can be found on the neighboring streets. Please be sure to check the street parking signs for day and time restrictions (parking tickets are just simply no fun at all!).

Sights nearby: A view of the majestic mountains surrounding LA, the Hollywood Hills and the Hollywood sign as well as Downtown LA will greet our guests as they step foot out into the sunny rooftop deck of the building. Nearby attractions include the rotating exhibitions at the LACMA, the La Brea Tar Pits, The Grove mall and entertainment complex, Melrose Strip (perfect for young, trendy shoppers), the infamous nightlife of the Sunset Strip, Hollywood Boulevard and the Kodak Theater, Petersen Automotive Museum, The 3rd Street Farmers Market and major film and television studios including Paramount, Warner Bros. and Universal Studios.

How to get there: As you are leaving the LAX airport terminal area, drive towards Century Blvd East. Merge onto Century Blvd East and look for the upcoming 405 freeway overpass ahead. Stay right and drive under the 405 freeway and then immediately take the entrance ramp onto the 405 North freeway. Next, merge onto the 10 East freeway. From the 10 East, take the La Brea exit, heading North, and drive about 10 minutes. After you pass Wilshire Blvd, make a left onto Fourth Street. The building and gated garages will be just ahead on your left.
