Suburban Philadelphia residents, we love the Shore and are excited about the North Wildwood growth and development, happy to be a part of it. We like the boardwalk, the Piers, the bike trails, kayaks, running along the north-shore sea wall, and having friends & relatives fill up the place. Happy to offer this to families visiting the Shore as well!
From a guest email last year:
Thanks for the use of your shore house Found everything to be wonderful. Kids had a great time.
My wife and I love Piro's restaurant also went to the Wharf for the first time in years and found it to be very good.
Hope we left everything in order See you next year
“We came across this property during the Great Recession and compared it to several others. Our criteria were: close to the beach, quiet street, NO upstairs/downstairs neighbors or renters, outdoor shower a MUST, and we realized that a property with south-facing decks would be sunnier.”

1 block from boardwalk
Close to Wildwoods convention center with many community activities like classic-car shows, movies on the beach
Cape May County Zoo is 10 min away
Historic Cape May is 10 min away, ferry to Delaware makes a great day trip
Not far from Atlantic City (40 min)

Nearby: family restaurants, local deli, supermarket, 50s style diners, irish pub or two
Indoor waterpark and pool 2 blocks away, for off-season watersports!

“South-facing property: this means, as we found out, that we can see ferris wheels and the rest of the southern island, plus Friday night fireworks over the Piers! we are close to the Wildwood restaurants but still on the northern Quiet side of town.”
