That was perfect!

Thank you for a great week in Portland! We had a lot of fun re-visiting old and new favorite places in the city, including some GREAT Jazz, and also just relaxing in your sparkling Guest House. After years of staying in hotels, it was a real pleasure to be very close to downtown, but then reside in a sleepy neighborhood where we can walk to parks. Hope to see you again soon - M & D of Seattle, WA.

As wonderful as it gets😊

We couldn't have chosen a more pleasant place to stay on our Spring Break vacation. The house was fabulous and far exceeded our expectations. The owners of the house were very hospitable and gracious. We would most certainly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Portland. Thanks to the kind owners of the property, who went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful, we will always have fond memories of our time at this cozy cabin in Portland. Hoping to visit again someday for sure.

Cozy stay

  • 5 of 5
The guest house was exactly what we were hoping for. It has everything we needed. Nicely decorated, warm and cozy.
The spa is a big plus. We loved the location, close enough to downtown, yet it felt like being in the countryside. To short of a stay to enjoy it more. Definetaly a place to come back to.
Thank you Dennis & Trudi

Perfect House, Warm and Comfortable

  • 5 of 5
We enjoyed our 3 day weekend at this beautiful cottage. It is warm and cozy while at the same time very spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. It is a great value for the money, can actually sleep 6 people comfortably, beautifully decorated, gorgeous wood floors and cabinets, well stocked. It was even decorated for the holidays. Good location and very gracious hosts. We got this place at the last minute and hosts, their son and daughter were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend it to everyone. We stay in Portland frequently and this is the best place we have been in, way better than some of the more expensive houses we have rented.

What an absolutely perfect house to stay in while visiting portland! We fell in love with this house. It was the ideal place for our family of four. Our kids had the time of their lives in the hidden playrooms and outside on the lovely patios. It was so central to everything on our "places to see" list. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was wonderful. Dennis and Trudy were two of the kindest people we've ever met. We feel so blessed to have had the pleasure of meeting them! Thank you again for everything. We will most definitely be back to visit.

Lovely Place to Stay

  • 5 of 5
Our stay in Portland at this beautiful cottage was perfect! Dennis and Trudy went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome in their home. Their hospitality was perfect, especially when we had car problems during our stay. After a long day of activities, it was perfect to come home to a kitchen to make dinner as well. They also had a great collection of DVDs for evening viewing and it was super convenient to be able to wash clothes since we were on a two week road trip. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!
