Great Location

The location is perfect if you want to be in town. Apartment is small but has everything you need. I was a little disappointed the floor still had some sand on it. I took off my wet shoes and socks because it was pouring rain as we walked from the parking area (approx, 1/2 mile) 3 blocks away, and found that the bottoms of my wet feet now had sand all over them. Not too awful, I took the vacuum and started to run it over the very dirty hardwood floor. I then realized why the sand was there, nobody bothered to clean the filter and the vacuum was useless. I cleaned it and finished the floor. By now the owner had shown up and did her best to correct the dirty floor. Back to the parking lot. when we arrived in the pouring rain an older woman immediately came out of the house of the lot we were to park on. She kept insisting I get closer to the car next to me, so close that I was only about 18" away. This is too close for my comfort, but I left the car there over night. I took the car out the next day and when I came back took one of the larger spots( this is a grass lot, there are no lines)well she came right out again and told me that was not my spot and I needed to go back to the other one. Mind you the lot is about 1/2 full and I saw no need for all of the cars too be all packed together like that. I stayed in the larger spot and told her to see the owner of the unit if she had a problem. For this reason I will never stay here again. I left and my car was OK but I spoke to a woman the night before who said she had been hit it the lot. I could put up with a dirty floor sure but don't tell me to park my brand new 2014 Subaru 18" away from the car next to me. That's just not right. The owners were very nice the location is great, but I will stay somewhere else next year. Sorry

The Heart of Provincetown!

Location Location Location! We loved the studio apt. it was so cozy with lovely pictures on the walls, wooden blinds and small flat screen television. The kitchen was fully stocked and immaculate. The location was fantastic, we relaxed on the furnished deck overlooking the beach and wharf. Right past the white picket gate there are a coffee, a sandwich, and cupcake shop with outdoor seating. Look across the street and you are in the shadow of the incredible historic building that houses the P-Town library. Best of all you are in the middle of this exciting town. We parked our car and only used it once (free parking too). We rode bikes to the beach bike trail and Pilgrim monument (there is a bike rack too). It was so nice to stroll around and be so close to everything. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries and the best whale watching on the east coast.
