This is an ideal location for winter and summer family vacations, reunions, a corporate retreat or just a group of friends taking in all the Winter Park has to offer. The home offers easy access to downtown Winter Park (just two blocks away) to enjoy the many shopping, dining and nightlife options available during your special visit to the Fraser Valley. No need to drive when you are enjoying this log home. The free winter ski shuttle stops next door and you are steps away from a fun night out, two parks for family fun and the concert venue in downtown Winter Park.

We built this home in 2008 for the enjoyment of our friends, family and guests. It was designed to be the ideal vacation home with over 4000 sf of living space, large bedrooms, private baths and large open spaces for friends and family to gather.

Our family rented this house for a long weekend. There were 7 of us and it easily would have accommodated several more! All families were able to enjoy not only their own bedroom but also their own bathroom. There are also two large living areas, a spacious dining/room kitchen area and a deck with a nice grilling area. The kitchen has plenty of storage, a large refrigerator, and a wine cooler as well. Tim was fantastic to work with and we hope to be able to enjoy this property again.

Amazing log home

This house is amazing.
It's large enough for a family and cosy enough for just two people.
The features such as the hot tub and balcony make it even more special and the whole house is beautiful. As British tourist i would recommend the location to people with no transport as it is very close to shops and restaraunts.
It's a perfect home for vacation and i would love to stay there again.

Beautiful Property, Exceptionally well maintained.

Our group rented this log home for our annual family get together. We can not say enough kind words with regard to this property. The property exceeded the description on on VRBO and we could not have been happier with our accommodations. The property is in outstanding condition and very tastefully decorated. The home was well stocked and it is obvious a lot of thought went into anticipating every possible need of a wide variety of travelers. The gourmet kitchen was exceptional, beautiful and more importantly, extremely functional for preparing gourmet meals for our family with ease. The property manager was fantastic and he answered all of our questions with regard to the area, from restaurants, shopping, skiing, mountain biking to must sees. He took care of any special requests and was very responsive in answering all of our questions and providing details. The location of the property is exceptional, walking distance to downtown restaurants & shopping with various resorts within minutes. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again. Anyone with the opportunity to visit Winter Park should make this home their vacation stay as it will exceed expectations.

Mountain Get - Away

We arrived to find everything far beyond our expectations. The features and location were supposed to be terrific but, Wow! From the first impression as we arrived, then stepping through the door, to the kitchen, hot tub and amazing overall comfort we were extremely happy. Amazing House - Great Location!

Came to beautiful Winter Park for a relaxing week with family. The house was gorgeous and comfortable for our group of 10. The bedrooms are very spacious and quiet, bathrooms well appointed and the fully outfitted gourmet kitchen is a dream! We took advantage of the concierge service and all of our groceries were stocked prior to our arrival. Next visit we will definitely hire their private chef to prepare a meal or two.

The location is also a huge bonus. 1 block away from downtown, with live music in the park, all of the great restaurants, shops and playground are within walking distance yet the house sits on a private wooded lot. Stunning views of the Continental Divide right from the deck made for very enjoyable morning coffee time!

We will definitely be back as soon as possible. The gracious hosts were there to greet us and walk us through the property details upon arrival (Hot tub, steam shower, etc.) which was greatly appreciated.

This house is grand and gorgeous and can hold a large group, yet feels very cozy and intimate. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting Winter Park and desire the convenience and luxury of a majestic log home in a stunning location!

Spacious, luxurious lodging!

Coming to Winter Park in and of itself is a delight - gorgeous countryside, little side trips that bring you as close to a "Rocky Mountain High" as you could ever want, wonderful hauntes for food, beverage and modest entertainment .. and rumor has it terrific skiing :-)

But we came for a summer long weekend get-away and what made it magnificent was our accommodations in this beautiful and comfortable home. I mean we felt at home. It is spacious enough for a large family (and more), and nicely appointed to satisfy the most discriminating.

We cannot recommend enough staying in this perfectly located (walkable to all the good things downtown Winter Park) mountainside 'palace' but more, working with such delightful owners as well. They, along with the accommodations and the town, will make you feel so welcomed, you won't want to leave.

Go for it! We just loved it; a safe and terrific bet for the perfect mountain vacation.
