The condo has room for six guests: two bedrooms with queen bed, two bathrooms (tub and shower) and a sleeper sofa for two. It is fully furnished with washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD and video player, wireless internet, radio, CD and iPOD player, books, board games and cards, extra batteries and bulbs, smoke detectors, ironing board with iron, bedding, extra pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, coffee maker, water heater, toaster, microwave, spices, beach items (towels, toys, small surf boards, lightweight folding chairs, umbrella), and a balcony with raised chairs and table.

Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bicycle rentals are five miles south in Ormond Beach. Another three miles south are the beachside attractions of Daytona Beach, which include a wide driveable beach, restaurants, shops, and a waterpark. Historic Daytona has a park, a museum, shops, restaurants and the Daytona Beach Cubs minor league baseball games. Five miles inland are department stores and the motor speedway.
Other nearby attractions include the scenic public parks, such as the Tomoka State Park and Bulow Plantation Ruins Historic State Park, and golf courses. Twenty-five miles inland are natural-spring parks for swimming, the closest being Blue Spring and DeLeon Springs.
Eight miles north on Route A1A is the leisurely town of Flagler Beach with pedestrian and fishing pier, shops, outdoor music performances, craft vendors, and beachside restaurants. Fifty miles further north is the historic city of St. Augustine.
