Christmas, New Years and July 4th in Aruba is a memory for a lifetime. The fireworks on the beach are amazing - better than any you have ever seen.
Many of my villas are OCEANSIDE which is a higher Marriott category than Ocean View. It means you are in the Lighthouse Tower closest to the ocean with a view from every window of ocean and the balcony - unbelievable!!! AND This building has just been remodeled completely down to the kitchen cabinets!! Marriott charges hundreds of dollars more for this category but mine are priced as ocean views for a great value!!
Many Christmas and New Years dates available NOW in Two BR, One BR (some 3 BR) and studio units for 2015.
Email with your dates & size desired.

American money is taken everywhere and the cost is about the same as in the states. Taxis are inexpensive - $30 from the airport and $10 into downtown Oranjestad. And everyone speaks English as their second language so communication is easy.
Bon Bini - the Aruban way of saying Have a Great Day!
Wonderful stay in Aruba!
About the Owner
I am a reading specialist in the elementary schools and I also supervise student teachers for a university. I love travel and we like to do that a lot. We bought several Marriott time shares and due to the economy we are not using them all right now (we do reserve our right to Aruba twice a year)!! By offering them for rent we are able to pay our maintenance fees and keep them for better times.
Also, by owning so many and renting them year after year I have come to know several other owners who do the same and we often help each other so if I don't have a date you need, I usually can find one for you. I also have some experience booking group trips as I can get multiple units for the same dates for you and save you money and tons of time.
Guestbook comments from the owner
For our honeymoon, my husband and I stayed at
Robin's Occidental resort in Aruba and really, it was
such an amazing time there. It was all inclusive
which was perfect for beach bums like us. We just
stayed around the huts by the beach, ate buffet
everyday, and just stared at the palm trees and the
blue sky and water. Robin was very nice and gave
us an activities sheet and made sure we were doing
okay. The other people staying at the hotel were
also super nice. The drinks were very delicious and
included in the all inclusive price. I ate ice cream
and drank strawberry slushy drinks every day. It
was our best relaxing beach vacation yet.

Wonderful stay in Aruba!
Out of the snow and into the sun
We started with a 2 bedroom which had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The rooms were clean and spacious. We did have access to ice on our floor and when our thermostat needed a new battery, maintenance came right up to fix it.We purchased groceries at super foods along with some drink mixes to have on hand for our own happy hour. There were also grills to use for a couple nights when we wanted to eat dinner on our balcony. We did eat lunch and dinner at both the ocean club sands eatery and the captains galley which basically have the same menu but 2 different atmospheres. We also ate dinner at champions to watch the ncaa finals which had pretty good burgers. Our favorite restaurant in the Pelican which is at the end of the pier a short beach walk away. They have a happy hour from 4-6 and then dinner just in time for the sunset. Great food and great service.
Many of the activity hosts made the activities fun and entertaining for all ages. We participated in many of the activities. A schedule is provided each week.
The only drawback is the trash that blows when there are high winds. I spent a lot of time picking up straws or cups. It was partly due to guests just leaving their empty cups. I did see a small team of employees picking up trash one morning.
This was our second recent visit to Aruba as we took the same vacation last year and would highly recommend it
Our happy Christmas and New Years vacation!
The restaurants that top our list are Pincho's Grill, Marandi's and Flying Fishbone. For italian, Gianni's is good but they often overbook. Get there early. WE enjoyed being in Aruba for the Christmas and New Year's Eve festivities. The people of Aruba are amazingly friendly. We feel very safe walking to the Palm Beach outdoor mall and there are always water shows, music and bands going on in the evenings.
There are so many amazing things to do in Aruba but the best is the weather, relaxation, people, beaches and the sunsets. People often ask why we keep going back to Aruba but it is truly one happy island!
We look forward to returning and would absolutely go through Robin (Aruba We Go) to make lodging arrangements. I had the pleasure of meeting Robin and she truly is a kind and compassionate person. She will go out of her way to make sure your vacation is truly happy. One last thing, she really made us feel welcome by sending us a small welcome gift to our condo. I highly recommend staying at the Marriott
Surf Club and enjoying all the activities that are offered.
The property @ the Ocean Club is well maintained. The Ocean Club staff provide excellent customer service and is very personable. The shops and cafe on the main floor are convenient and have many selections for any traveler's needs.
Some mornings we have breakfast or brunch @ the La Vista which has a full buffet and offers many choices.
In the evenings, dinner is either a short walk to the properties restaurants such as Simply Fish or Ruth Chris. Or a short taxi ride to some of our favorite restaurants such as Madam Janettes. Of course, the Stellaris Casino on property as well.
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
Enjoyed first time visit to Aruba... very relaxing
We had great dining experiences for lunch and dinner on and off the beach..... grouper sandwiches and conch fritters on the pier were the best. Restaurants we loved and would recommend: Amuse, Driftwood, Papiamento, Madame Janette. Best fish soup @Hadicurai. Music from Moomba Bay Beach Bar was nice if you were lucky enough to get your beach loungers reserved on the side nearest to them. Walked the beach every morning @ 7:00 - what a lovely experience - cool breeze! Could not ask for anything better. Some of the group visited the casino regularly- no luck but the shoppers in the group were very pleased with their finds at the nearby mall and downtown!
Wish we had rented a car to see more sights but beach lovers would have been the drivers. We could not leave the beautiful beach during the daylight hours and just wanted to de-stress. We did catch the bus and went to Eagle Beach but we were very happy that we selected Palm Beach - we love the people watching and option of many activities to choose from. We had good and bad experiences with the taxi drivers - we found the fare to be reasonable but most were not engaging and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Only one, Coby, took the time to talk about the island and where we were being taken.
All in all, a very good trip to Aruba and would recommend it to others.

Activity and Interests
Beach and pools are highlights. Tons of restaurants both onsite and walking distance in nearby downtown Palm Beach. There are movie theaters, shopping, ice cream late at night, all right there. This location is ideal - at the end of the high rise hotels for privacy on the beach and close enough (2 blocks) to walk to where the action is.

“We adore the relaxed atmosphere at the Marriott and all the pools, restaurants and even the theaters within walking distance. Snorkeling and other water sports are great fun and we never had a bad weather day yet. The people who live and work in Aruba are so friendly and charming, it can make the whole difference in your stay. We love, love, love it!”
