3/4 mi walk (or drive) through Audubon properties to Bone Hill beach, good for small children (no big waves) overlooking Sandy Neck & Barnstable Harbor (photo 8 is Sandy Neck).

Now a retired university professor, I taught high school on Cape Cod from 1975-1990, at UMass, NCSU and Fairfield Universities from 1990 to 2013. I am currently in Maser Gardener training, and will serve the Cape Community through the Barnstable County Extension Service beginning this April.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
50% deposit to hold dates; non-refundable.
Balance due with signed Lease 30 days prior to rental.
All weeks are Saturday 5pm-Saturday noon (for cleaning). Multiple weeks available.
Cleaning fee: $200 per stay (once @ end of stay regardless of duration)
