Traffic is very light on Cobb Island making it perfect for biking, walking, running, jogging, and or enjoying the opportunity to chat with any of the many friendly neighbors. During the summer months and as mentioned earlier, the osprey, blue herons and seagulls, and eagles are great to watch while during the Fall and Winter flocks of ducks and gatherings of white swans add to the serenity of the peaceful waterside. For you as our Guest, both fishing and crabbing can be done directly from our pprivate pier from early Spring till late Fall.
