This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, half duplex townhouse offers all you need for a great vacation. Stunning openwater views of the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful sunsets, your own private pool and cut in boat slip with lift. Great views from the living area and master bedroom.

The ground level entry is off the carport with a door to the back yard, pool and dock, room for easy storage of fishing poles and boating gear. Upstairs on the first level is the kitchen, dining and living area and the first bedroom and hall bath. The kitchen has everything you will need within easy reach and a breakfast bar for extra seating. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a small balcony, the bath has a tub/shower combination. Off the living area is a covered porch with outdoor dining overlooking the pool and dock, the perfect spot to celebrate the sunset!

The top floor has a master suite on the waterside of the unit with a queen size bed and private bath that also has a tub/shower combination. An open porch off the master is a great spot to catch some sun in the day or salute the sunset after a day on the water. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath.

The pool is at the foot of the unit just off the covered patio where you will find a gas grill and a bait freezer for the fisherman. Fish cleaning table on the dock. The cut in slip is shared with the other side of the duplex and this side has a newly installed 10,000 lb boat lift for guest use. The lift will fit a trailerable size boat up to 30' 9' beam. Immediate access to the Gulf and just a short run to the 7 Mile Bridge for bridge fishing or beyond to the Ocean! Like to fish off the dock? The seawall on the Gulf is the spot to be and has a ladder for easy access if you want to take a swim or snorkel along the shoreline.

The unit has tile floors with carpet in the bedrooms. Central A/C, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, washer/dryer, high speed internet connection (Comcast WiFi).Tv's in the living area, first floor bedroom and master bedroom, DVD player in the living area. Parking is limited to two vehicles or one truck and trailer. We offer complimentary trailer storage at our office. The 33rd. Street boat ramp is just up the shoreline for putting in or hauling out your boat.

Activity and Interests

Marathon and the Middle Keys offers shops and services including two grocery stores, Publix and Winn Dixie, 2 drug stores, CVS and Walgreen’s, a KMART and many other shops, bait and tackle stores, gifts shops and a wide selection of restaurants all within a few miles drive.

Like beaches? Sombrero Beach is located at Mile Marker 51 only a few miles drive from anywhere in the Middle Keys as is Coco Plum Beach. Bahia Honda State Park is about a 20 minute drive south.

Other attractions: The Dolphin Research Center is located on Grassy Key and is always a fun spot to stop in for their tours or schedule a swim with the dolphin. The Natural History Museum at Crane Point provides a look at Keys history, sea life, touch tanks for kids and nature walks through the Hammock (also a great gift store).

Key West is a great day trip and about 1.25 hours south.

Boat rental companies are available in the Middle Keys and most of them will let you keep the boat at your dock for the week (some will even deliver and pick up the boat!).

  • Refundable Deposit $500
  • Cleaning $125 + Tax
  • Booking fee $25 + Tax
  • Tax Rate 12.5%

To hold a reservation the signed paperwork must be accompanied with a payment of the deposit and booking fee. 90 days prior to arrive a payment of 1/2 the rent and tax total is due with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 90 days of arrival the deposit, booking fee and 1/2 the rent and tax total is due and within 30 days of arrival the total would be due.

Lobster Weeks : $2250.00 per week
Fall Discount: $1200.00 per week
Pool Heat is optional at $150 plus tax per week
All rates are plus a $25 booking fee, $125 cleaning fee, 12.5% sales tax and refundable $500 reservation/security deposit.
