This beautiful, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-floor end unit condo sleeps 6. Located one block east of Mandalay Avenue, the condo is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but is just off the strip so you’re insulated from the noise and can relax when you like.

The bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The bedrooms and living room each have a flat screen TV and telephone, and there is wireless Internet access. The living room also has a DVD player, queen-size futon, and twin-size futon. The well-equipped kitchen has a bar seating area in addition to the dining area. The unit has central a/c and heat.

There are two bathrooms, one with two sinks and a combination tub/shower, and the other with one sink and a shower. The condo also has a full-size front load washer and dryer.

The second-floor breezeway provides a cool place to socialize, and the unit has a private, screened balcony accessible from both bedrooms if you prefer your privacy. There is an outdoor grill available to all guests of the complex. The building is a two minute walk from a public recreation center with pool, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness facility, library, and boat ramp.

Walking distance to beach, Frenchy’s restaurant, Pier 60, and many other local attractions

We have been to Clearwater Beach the past 3 summers. This was the second time we have stayed at the condo building. The property manager was a great help getting us set up with the Island Breeze condo. She is very polite and has answers to all my questions. The first year we stayed there, she told me everything we needed was close by. It really is!! You can leave your car at the condo and after a long drive it is nice not to have to get back it. Restaurants, shops, beach and board walk are short trips by foot to get to.



Our trips have not been problem free, but the property manager and her crew were there to take care of things promptly....EVEN ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON!!!! Everything you need is in the condo to make you feel at home. We will be back next summer. I have the contact information saved on my cell phone already! Can't wait to get back to Clearwater Beach.

Great Condo

The condo was great and clean. It suited 4 of us just fine. It is close to everything. We had a couple minor issues but they took care of them. I would recommend this condo to others. We are already thinking about booking for next year.

Excellent location

This condo is in the best location. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to community pool. Pool is the best I have seen. Same distance to play tennis or basketball. Frenchys and all local restaurants right up the street. A very nice park right across the street.
The unit is very well taken care of and very clean. Near the action and yet quiet when you want it. Plenty of parking and you honestly do not need a car. We enjoyed ourselves and recommend it.

Location, location, location. We come to Clearwater beach every year for spring training and have stayed at some nice places but by far this is the best. Clean friendly and very affordable, and did I mention location.

We went and stayed at Island Breeze for several days to be close to the children and grandchildren during Christmas Break. There were four adults and the children and grandchildren -- who live in Clearwater -- came and went. The condo is small but nice....very clean. I liked the upgrades in the main bathroom, but the one attached to the first bedroom was very small. The kitchen is also small, but the table was great and we also liked the tables and chair that were available outside our door. We found friendly people, and we were able to walk to many places from the condo. We used the little playground across the street with my four-year-old granddaughter. It was a nice, relaxing experience. I am glad I came.

Nearest Airport : Tampa International at 20 Miles

Island Breeze at Bay Espalande is one of the best locations on famous Clearwater Beach where there is year-round fun.

There is a park and playground across the street. Guests enjoy outdoor grilling on the premises with the newly installed grill. There is NO POOL at this complex but there is a public pool and recreation center one block away that provides a library and fitness center. Outside there are 3 lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball courts, a seasonal swimming pool, a boat launch, and a waterfront park perfect for fishing and picnics. There are nearby boat, waverunner, and kayak rentals, fishing and fishing boat charters, parasailing, bicycle rentals, sight-seeing tours, eco-tours, pirate ship, speedboat, and cruise boat rides, and more. Nearby Pier 60 is the central location of many events ranging from arts and craft shows to offshore power boat races, triathalons, inflatables for children, and much more.

Busch Gardens is one hour away, and Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios are 1hr and 45 minutes away.
