The idlewild trail system is right out the back of the neighborhood, so the location couldn't be better for hiking and biking. There's a hot tub, game room with darts and foosball table and multiple living rooms. There's a Wii game consol for those cool winter nights. It is on the bus route to Winter Park Ski Area (winter only) and not far from Sol Vista Basin Ski area.
There is a new organic cotton King bed in a spacious master with it's own deck. 2 Queens and a full plus two Sleeper sofa and a trundle bed makes room for 14. There is a crib/playpen for those with small children. The kitchen has service for 16 and everything a gourmet cook could need. There is Directv with all the movie channels, NFL Sunday Ticket and a big screen tv. High Speed Wireless internet . On the Fraser moose migratory route!
