Wonderful townhouse is available to rent this fall and winter. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished. Vaulted ceilings make it feel very open, spacious and warm. Step out on the Lanai to enjoy the private garden, sunset, and scenery.

Kitchen: fully equipped with granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. Eat in kitchen area.

Living area: Cozy and warm. Wireless secured internet access and cable television ready to go. Flat screen television is available for your enjoyment. DVD player

The four of us, 2 couples, stayed for two weeks in November for a baseball tournament. The home is very nicely decorated and plenty spacious enough for the four of us. The home is very close to shopping, restaurants and I-75. We found it was centrally located to all the ball fields and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed going to the nature preserve and bike trail! Lots of nearby restaurants to chose from. A Publix grocery store was right around the corner. We also took a few day trips with the easy access to I-75. We had a few issues with plumbing and cable but the owner (Fay) was quick to try and resolve them as soon as possible. The Wi-Fi was not consistently available but that was not a big problem for us. We really enjoyed our stay, the home and the community and would definitely stay here again!
